I noticed I was charged $74.15 from Amazon MKTP US and $23.43 from Amazon.com AMZN.COM BI Seattle. After placing several orders where most items showed "payment revised," I double-checked everything multiple times in various ways but couldn't reconcile the total amount charged to me. Interestingly, despite the charges, my items still display as "payment revised," even though these transactions do not appear as pending in my bank account.

The "Print Label" link on Amazon for product returns has been modified, causing confusion among customers. Instead of allowing customers to print return labels directly, the link now generates a QR code that needs to be presented to UPS store representatives for them to print the return labels. This change has made the return process less convenient as customers are now required to wait in line at UPS stores for their labels to be printed. For those unable to print labels at home and needing an alternative, scheduling a UPS pick-up may incur a $6 charge to have the return label left at their doorstep. This workaround is inconvenient, particularly for those who may not be at home when the pick-up occurs. Amazon's decision to restrict self-printing of return labels may impact customer satisfaction and drive customers toward more user-friendly platforms like Ebay. To address this issue, Amazon should consider reverting to the previous system where customers could directly print their return labels and offer the QR code option as an additional service for those who prefer it.

We experienced issues with our Echo products after changing our network name at home. 1. How can we update the network settings to reconnect the devices? 2. I used my work email to log in previously but have since changed jobs. How can I update my email while keeping the same password? 3. Our new Echo Show is not connecting to the app after plugging it in. How can we link it to our phone app? 4. I received a notification that a package was delivered to my mailbox yesterday, but I have a locked mailbox and there is no sign of the delivery. Despite having a clear message on my mailbox not to leave packages there due to theft, nothing was left. I have a turnaround at the bottom of my driveway for deliveries, which should have been used. This package contains a sweatshirt for my grandson’s Christmas present. I urgently need a replacement to ensure it arrives on time. If the original package is found later, I will return it. Hello, I experienced a frustrating situation with my account today. It was suspended for a suspicious activity, prompting me to change my password early this morning. Although I successfully changed it, I noticed that my Apple Watch order paid with a gift card was removed without an explanation. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't find the issue because my account was allegedly suspended, even though I was logged in. I urgently need the Apple Watch for Christmas and would like to reorder once my gift card balance is restored. However, Amazon blocked me again and is requesting another password update, this time confirming via phone, which is challenging as my phone number is from Brazil and I am currently working onboard a Disney cruise in Florida, USA. I placed an order for vanilla sugar about 1 1/2 weeks ago, intending for it to arrive in Virginia for Herta Wrenninger by the 7th or 8th. However, she has not received it yet. I believe the delivery is delayed with no confirmed date. Since I can purchase another from a store and have it resent, could I please be refunded the $13.00 plus any shipping costs incurred? When can I anticipate receiving the refund? Thank you.

Today, Amazon informed me that my two anticipated packages were delivered. When I checked the packages at my door, one was opened and missing the item. Amazon will send a replacement, which is appreciated. I want to report this incident to Amazon to help them investigate if this is a recurring issue. I am unsure if an Amazon driver or a contractor delivered the package. Can Amazon implement a system to send me a text notification when a delivery is made? Thank you. - JN

Hello, I noticed some unauthorized orders on my Amazon account. The orders are under the numbers D01-[redacted]-[redacted] and Do[redacted]8-[redacted] for a total of 2.91 euros. I did not make these purchases and need them to be canceled. I have already contacted customer service by phone, but it seems the issue has not been resolved yet. Additionally, I received a replacement Fire TV this morning. Upon opening the package, I realized it was missing the power cord and remote. I have informed the postal service to halt this delivery. Hello, today I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Amazon stating that my order will be delivered tomorrow. I haven't placed any orders recently, and they mentioned withdrawing £3,[redacted] from my bank account. I've tried to contact Amazon all day regarding this issue, but haven't had any success. I visited my bank, and my funds are secure. It's concerning how there are scammers trying to deceive people over the phone. I also attempted to change my password, but encountered difficulties. I purchased two items for my niece and received a notification that they are scheduled for delivery today, which is wonderful news. However, I recently found out that the same two items were sent to my friend in Bakersfield, who I previously gifted something to during Thanksgiving, resulting in his address being in my saved addresses. I'm having some trouble adding my step-granddaughter's address in Brazil to my address list. The website won't accept the Brazilian postal code, stating it's invalid. I selected Brazil at the top of the add new address page, so it should accommodate international postal codes. I am inquiring about the type of service provided here. I have yet to receive the product I ordered. Initially, the cancellation feature was unavailable. After speaking with a customer service representative on the Amazon app, I was informed that my issue would be addressed. Now, I am being asked to return an item that has not even been delivered.
