You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-dinahlee's own words
I was checking my banking statements and I found charges for Amazon Prime when I haven't even subscribed to have Amazon Prime. I didn't even accept the free trial because after they always tend to charge you if you don't cancel, even though you didn't confirm to have it.*I have a charge for August **, **** for $**.** and another one for the same amount for September **, ******I honestly don't recall why I am even being charged by Amazon Prime. The only recent purchases I have made with Amazon is in July (for phone cases) and in September (to rent an e-book). *I do recall that you guys gave me a a free trial but I myself never accepted it. *I noticed this today so when I tried to cancel they said they would refund me the latest one I believe. I spoke to an automated programmed person, so I couldn't really voice my questions and that is why I am trying to contact you guys via live chat. I wanted to see if I can get a refund for August. I didn't even know I had prime, therefore I didn't use it, and for me it is not fair to be charged for something that you didn't even use nor knew that you had in the first place.
