Hello, **I just received this email stating having too many returns on my account. This is a little concerning as:***. The return * refund was approved as I was allergic to a product (Dove White Beauty Bar - ordered on *** delivered on ****) that was shipped from YOUR warehouse * business that I have never been allergic to before which might have been defective. ***. I tried to make an exchange by reordering the same product (I could have just purchased it elsewhere) in a different formulation (Dove Sensitive Skin Bar - ordered on **** delivered ****) which had a very bad smell that I have never experienced with this product until I ordered it here at Amazon and also an allergic reaction. ***. I would not have had to request refunds for these products if they were satisfactory. Check some of the reviews on Dove Sensitive Skin Bar and Dove White Bar. ** I don’t know if I received a bad batch, damage product from warehouse due to improper storage of stock, something happened during delivery, etc. I am very disappointed as this was and continues to be a very good deal. I am afraid to reorder as I might get stuck with a defective product because I am not able to get a refund.
