I placed an order with Pharmapack on June 15, [redacted] for 5 packs of Spinbrush replacement heads-medium, totaling $36.98. The invoice received shows the correct line item total but the overall invoice amount is listed as $[redacted].85, which is inaccurate. I have tried to contact Pharmapack but the email was returned as undeliverable. I believe there may have been a manual error in the invoicing process. I have already been charged for all my purchases, and I am now seeking a refund of $[redacted].87 back to my credit card. I no longer wish to receive the items or an Amazon gift card. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I purchased a chair from Amazon Prime and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. However, UPS couldn't deliver it due to its weight. I've been trying to resolve this since last night after speaking with Marc F. from Amazon. He promised to call back in 30 minutes, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm frustrated with Amazon and UPS as this is a Prime delivery. I don't have a truck to pick it up myself. It's urgent as I have major surgery on Friday. Please contact me at [redacted]. I recently placed an order for one TV priced at $[redacted]. However, I later discovered that I was charged for 2 TVs initially, then 3 TVs, and now 5 TVs totaling over $[redacted]. I spoke to a representative who mentioned 2 TVs were already shipped, and I needed to return one for a refund. They also explained the unexpected third charge, promising its removal. This situation has caused financial strain as I am now unable to pay my bills on time, resulting in potential late fees. I have received multiple emails indicating that our bank declined payment for old orders that my wife returned. Amazon is requesting a credit card to reactivate the account. The Chase credit card ending in [redacted] is valid, and recent orders have been successfully processed on this card, including today. We did not request our bank to decline any payments, and the emails refer to orders from over a month ago that were returned. Despite the recent successful transactions on the Chase card, I am unable to reactivate the account. Each attempt leads me back to the starting point in a loop. I purchased an outdoor play equipment, a merry-go-round/seesaw combo, but realized it's too big for my yard. Amazon approved my return request, and I received one box out of four. I am planning to return it via FEDEX. However, I need to know the shipper to arrange returning the other boxes to the company. It would be wasteful for them to arrive here and then have to be sent back. I'm unsure if they have been shipped yet and would like to prevent them from delivering while I'm on vacation. Any advice would be appreciated.

I discovered highly offensive shirts on your website by the seller "Good Looking Corpse." The shirts promote violence against the police, which is disturbing. I find it hard to believe that Amazon is unaware of this, especially since there have been articles about it for at least a week. This goes against the image Amazon should be portraying. I have already spoken to a customer service representative who assured me my concerns were noted. Yet, the items are still available on Amazon.com, indicating a lack of regard for losing customers who find this type of content unacceptable. If this is the stance Amazon is taking, I will be reluctant to continue making purchases through your platform.

On June 8, [redacted], I placed an order for an English grammar book with an expected delivery date of June 16. However, on the delivery date, I missed the call from the delivery person at 11:00 a.m. After contacting them later in the day, they mentioned that my location was inaccessible for delivery and that they would try a nearby location the next day. I requested a call by 1:00 p.m. the next day but received a call at 12:00 noon instead. When I called back, I was informed they had already attempted delivery. The delivery agent assured me it would be delivered the following day. To my disappointment, the tracking now indicates the product is being returned to the seller. I am still interested in receiving the product and would appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue.

I placed an order for a Haier refrigerator with order ID [redacted]-[redacted] on May 18, [redacted], with a promised delivery date between May 25th to May 28th. I requested the seller to cancel the order and also contacted Amazon customer care. The seller advised me to refuse the delivery when the delivery boy arrived at my house. On May 17, the seller confirmed receiving the returned product, and I reached out to them to start the refund process. However, they mentioned refunding only [redacted] rupees instead of the full amount of [redacted] rupees that I paid. Eventually, they refunded me [redacted] rupees. I trust Amazon, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases from them. I kindly request a refund for the remaining amount. I find it somewhat unfair that the seller deducted money from the refund when I had requested cancellation after the delivery date had passed.

I need help unblocking my phone. On Monday, there was a mix-up with T-Mobile and Amazon during their merger that resulted in my phone being mistakenly blocked. I tried using another phone, but it was also blocked. I've been trying to contact Amazon to resolve a refund issue, but they couldn't reach me and may have mistakenly blocked my phone, thinking it was a prank. I placed an order with 5 items on 5/30, but there was a payment issue. I reordered the items on 5/31 with a different card, and now I have double the items. I returned all the duplicate unopened items for a refund, but one item wasn't refunded because they claim it was sent as a double.

I recently received an order from Amazon.com, but upon opening the box containing the elliptical bicycle, it appeared as though the pieces were randomly thrown in without tools or a manual. I suspect it might have been a returned item that got sent to me. Unfortunately, due to a recent computer restore, I no longer have the purchase history in my account. This makes it challenging for me to process a return for a refund. The model of the elliptical is SF-B2618, and I found a UPC number on the box: [redacted]67. I'm hoping there is a solution to help me return this item and receive a refund despite the lack of order history.

On 5/16/[redacted], I placed an order for a Tri-Arc WLFSO113 ladder with a delivery set for 6/11/[redacted]. However, on 6/11/[redacted], the delivery company NSD attempted to deliver the ladder in Manchester, but couldn't locate me. Despite being home all day, I received no calls or messages from the driver. He mentioned he circled the streets of Manchester without finding my address, although I live outside of town. Given that Manchester is a small community where everyone knows each other, the driver didn't inquire at the Co-Op or other locals to locate me. Feeling frustrated, I contacted NSD's support line for assistance in intercepting the delivery en route, but was unsuccessful. Resolving to purchase a ladder elsewhere, I canceled the order on your website. It seems a shipment pickup has been arranged in Wichita, but I no longer have the ladder. I kindly request you cancel the pickup and possibly arrange for the original shipper to retrieve the ladder. Please update me if any further steps are needed.

After waiting a long time, I received a delivery that I had requested to cancel and get a refund for. It turns out the item was not from Amazon but another company. Amazon said they couldn't be reached via email, but they did refund my Visa. I told the company I got the item, but now want to be charged again. I tried to contact everyone involved to authorize the charge again but had no luck. I got emails from Amazon asking for more account details, which I find unnecessary. I placed an order for the book "A Patch of Blue" on 6/9/20, with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. It was delivered on 6/17/20. The price I paid for it was $16.65. Upon opening the package, I discovered a small, worn paperback with extensive writing and underlining in pen. The quality is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I demand an immediate refund of my money. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for many years, and I have never encountered such a disappointing product before. To add to the confusion, although my order was supposed to be fulfilled by Glass Frog Books, it was actually fulfilled by "SellBackYourBooks.com." This discrepancy is concerning. I recently ordered a pull-up bar, thinking it was from Amazon, only to discover it was sold through another company. Upon informing them that the product is not suitable due to potential damage to the door frame, they responded apologizing and explained that the bar relies on a robust door trim and solid surface. I am requesting a refund and believe I shouldn't be responsible for the return postage. I am very dissatisfied with this situation and insist on returning the item to the seller for a full refund. I am curious why the company expects me to cover the return shipping costs when the item is unusable and they are aware of the issue.

I am experiencing several issues with my new Fire tablet. Firstly, the transformer becomes excessively hot when plugged in, not just warm. Secondly, the tablet continues to lose power even when turned off, for example, overnight it drained from 92% to completely empty. Lastly, when I turn on the tablet, instead of accessing the home page with icons, it displays the weather report with no option to navigate to the home screen. Alexa also seems unresponsive and only shows the weather report, not the home page, when asked. Customer service mentioned the plug should not heat up, adding to my disappointment. The previous Fire model I had did not have these problems. I reached out to customer service via email regarding the battery drain issue, but their suggested 10-step fix did not solve the problem. I am relying on my computer to contact you since the tablet is currently not functioning. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I purchased the DUOLE 6 Pcs Fashion Protective Face Masks Unisex Black Dark Dust Cotton Mouth Masks, but received them on June 3, [redacted] only to find out they were not as described. The masks are made of foam instead of cotton, and one mask split at the seam during a long shift, rendering it unusable. Despite contacting the seller on June 11, [redacted], via the "Contact seller" option and requesting a refund or correct product, I have not received a response as of June 18, [redacted]. Amazon's return policy closed before I even got the order, leaving me unable to return the incorrectly advertised masks. I tried to contact Amazon's customer service by phone without success. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem with an Amazon order and the lack of seller accountability and Amazon support is disappointing. I plan to alert others about these issues to prevent further incidents.
