I was trying to call customer service ... I purchased a router*modem in March as we were having internet installed on Ocracoke Island March **. Because of the virus the island was closed until May. Century Link did not permit techs to enter houses until June. When they finally came, the tech said the modem would not work despite the web site saying it would. I immediately asked for a return and received a return code which said item must be returned by June * - impossible. We do not have a UPS store within ** miles and I being ** yrs old was not comfortable driving that distance. We have a shipping store locally but I must have a return label like you used to issue. I tried to call customer service but they won't talk to one. So I drove the *** mi. round trip to the nearest UPS store only to find them closed. What I want is a return label and assurance that you would extend the return date - I was prepared to return it today. The order * was*******-*******.
frustrating because without virus prohibitions I would have known it would no work in March
