purchase on third party web store ... I tried to use "Amazon pay" on a third party web site. Went through the checkout process but was not offered the equal payment plan with no interest for *,**,**,or** month option. Is this only available on the Amazon market place? The purchase would have been for $****.**. I have the Amazon prime visa and the Amazon prime store cards.**Also I did not complete the purchase when not offered the equal payment plan. The web site offers "Amazon Pay". This is just a question, not really a complaint.**I tried to contact Amazon through consumer help e-mail. They sent back that they can't respond because of covid-** people shortage.

Finally reached Amazon through CHAT. Amazon pay does not offer interest free purchases when used on *rd party web sites. You can use it but not with their interest free loan. The interest free purchase is only available when used on the Amazon market place.
