I recieved an email about a payment declined, have attempted unsuccessfully to log in to my account at least a dozen times. when the sign in page loads the password bar is completely full of dots and I am unable to clear the bar so I can retype my password, I opt for forgot my password and follow the steps and after I enter the otr code and hit the continue button the next page asks me for the expiration date of a visa card I no longer have and have disposed of it many months ago and have no idea the expiration date of it. And there are no other options or nothing even remotely close to my trouble in any of the help areas. I can't even reset my password, I need to get the original issue taken care of as soon as possible or find out what the problem is, when I made my last order everything appeared to have been alright. the payment declined email didn't come in until three days ago, I made the order six or seven days ago. thank you for your assistance Jeff Dennison
