I placed an order for two presser feet from Yicbor on April 13. Although I only received one presser foot on April 17, my invoice and shipping updates indicated I was charged for two and that two were on their way. Despite this, when I reached out to Yicbor, they claimed my card only had enough money for one and insisted I pay for the second foot. Disappointed with their response, I left a negative review based on their handling of the situation. After noticing a significant change in their reviews and a recent unauthorized charge for an adapter on my card, my trust in Yicbor has diminished. The inconsistency in the charges and their dealing with customer feedback has left me feeling uneasy about future purchases. While I will still shop on Amazon, I may look elsewhere for my craft supplies to ensure a more reliable and secure shopping experience.

My order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong state, to Woodbridge VA instead of Indian Rocks Beach FL. After trying to contact the seller multiple times without any response, I spoke with Cindy from USPS who confirmed the error. Since I am not receiving any feedback from the seller and Amazon's phone line is not responsive, I am reaching out here for assistance. If I don't receive a reply soon, I will contact Amex to dispute the charge. I appreciate your help during these challenging times, but my patience is running thin.

Hello, I received two Door Dash gift certificates from my son in Dripping Springs, TX, on 12/22/19 ($50) and 12/25/19 ($[redacted]). I mistakenly used the $[redacted] certificate at Red Lobster and had to get a new code from Amazon. The $50 certificate's code seems invalid, though it hasn't been used yet. I can provide original emails, serial, and order numbers for verification. We updated our mobile number since the certificates were emailed. Thank you for your help. John M. I am unaware of who obtained this account information, but it certainly wasn't me. I came across an unexpected charge from Amazon, initially thinking nothing of it due to the site's popularity. I questioned my daughter, the only other person with potential access to this account, about the purchase, and she denied making any transactions. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I discovered over 20 unauthorized charges. I am requesting a full refund dating back to 8/22/19. I have contacted Amazon twice regarding this matter before anyone picked up the phone. I received extremely impolite service. Despite my explanation that I did not authorize these charges and they date back to the previous year, the unhelpful representative confirmed the email linked to the account and my bank information but refused to disclose who is using the account or process a cancellation or refund. Such behavior seems highly inappropriate and potentially illegal.

I am experiencing an issue with my Amazon Prime return. Yesterday, I requested an instant replacement for a product that was supposed to come in a box, but the box I received is empty. The package contained two other items that were fine. I don't want Amazon to pay for the return of an empty box or be charged again for the missing product. How should I proceed? Could someone please contact me to address this matter? Thank you, B. Weiler. Additionally, how can I speak with a customer service representative during the challenges of COVID-19? Please refer to the following information for my account details: Email: [redacted], Cell: [redacted].

Dear community members, I need some advice regarding a situation with my recent Amazon orders. I received a Visa gift card worth $[redacted] from a customer and decided to purchase a Bluetooth headset for myself and a gift for my brother's birthday. Each item was associated with a separate email address. However, I received an email from Amazon stating that my orders and account were suspended due to suspicious activity. I tried to follow the instructions to unlock my account, but I was unsuccessful, and now my funds are being held by Amazon. I am looking for assistance on how to resolve this issue and get a refund for the full amount. Thank you for your help.

I had an Amazon account just one month ago. I placed an order for my relative who has been in the hospital for two weeks. Recently, I spoke with a lady from Amazon, and she informed me that my account is gone because it's linked to a Gmail account, which is confusing since I only have an iCloud account from Apple, not a Gmail account. I provided her with the order number for the items I purchased from Amazon. She was surprised to hear that someone is using my phone number for Amazon with their Gmail account when I do not have a Gmail account, only an iCloud account. She mentioned that someone would contact me soon, but it's been almost two weeks, and I haven't received any calls. I can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as soon as possible.

On 3/25, I ordered a circuit breaker, which was all I needed. Since then, I have been facing issues with multiple unauthorized charges totaling $80 debited from my account. These charges include Amazon Prime ($14.06), Prime Video ($14.99), Tech Protect ($14.99), Amazon Prime ($2.15), six charges of $14.99, two charges of $10.81, one charge of $6.48, and one charge of $2.15. To address this, I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further problems. After contacting customer service, one charge was refunded, but the issue persists. I want a quick refund of my money to my account to avoid legal action. For assistance, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund for my order as the delivery date of April 17th has passed, and I no longer wish to wait for it. The order consists of 48 rolls of toilet paper from Beauty and More. Despite emailing them for a refund, I have not received a response. I have been a customer of Amazon for 15 years, even before they expanded beyond books. Please process my refund for order number #[redacted]-[redacted]. Thank you. - Keith H. from Saint Cloud, FL.

On April 19, [redacted], I purchased 3 items for my grandson, Ryan G. I encountered difficulties ordering online, which left me feeling concerned about my account's security. I contacted customer service for assistance and they were very helpful. However, the order arrived addressed to me instead of my grandson. I tried updating the shipping address on the site, but it didn't reflect on the stainless steel University of Delaware drinking container. Additionally, I was charged $3.95 for shipping and handling. Can you provide me with the correct address for my grandson's shipment? What about the shipping charge? Despite being a member for 9 years, I find it frustrating not being able to speak to a live customer service representative. At 78 years old, I prefer contacting customer service directly. If this issue persists, I may reconsider renewing my membership in August.

This is the second time this week and around the 8th or 9th time in the last 4 months that packages have been incorrectly delivered to my address. I am extremely frustrated with this recurring issue. I have tried to contact customer service without success. The latest misdelivered package details are as follows: **Correct Shipping Information:** Ship to: Mark A. 9 Avenue Twenty Trophy Club, TX 76[redacted] **Wrong Delivery Address:** 7 Avenue Twenty Trophy Club, TX [redacted] **Tracking Information:** Tracking Number: TBA[redacted]00 Additional Details: VTX2, Cycle 1 Barcode on Back: spR5M9fzFBI Despite previous assurances from customer service, the problem remains unresolved. I believe there are two options: either compensate me for deliveries, or ensure drivers verify addresses before drop-offs. My fee for delivery would be USD $[redacted].00 per package if you choose the first option. Otherwise, I urge you to implement correct delivery procedures. I have decided to cease acting as a delivery person effective immediately. Any misdelivered Amazon packages will be donated to the local Salvation Army. I trust Amazon will address these ongoing issues promptly. Thank you for understanding my decision.

I accidentally created two Amazon accounts while living in Canada. Unaware of the Canadian site, I never checked which version I was using. When trying to sign in and not recognizing my email, I assumed I hadn't registered and created a new account. After making my first purchase in years, my account got locked. Unable to provide bank documents, I answered their questions to the best of my ability. With a purchase over $[redacted], I am uncertain if I will still be charged once the account is unlocked. I am considering buying elsewhere but can't contact Amazon as I instantly receive a "your account is locked" message upon logging in. I need advice on how to proceed, as my purchase was time-sensitive.

Subject: Urgent Request for Refund and Account Update To whom it may concern at Amazon Music Unlimited, I attempted to contact you via phone but was directed to reach out by email. Unfortunately, due to circumstances involving domestic violence, I have been unable to access my phone or computer. For safety reasons, I need to cancel the credit card information associated with my Amazon Music Unlimited trial subscription. I am currently residing in a shelter with my child because of the domestic violence situation. I kindly request a full refund of $11.86, which was charged to my Visa bank account ending in ...[redacted], back to the same Visa account. I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for over a year and value your service. Could you please confirm the refund and assist me in updating my address and phone number on file? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to check which devices are linked to my Amazon Prime account. Thank you for your prompt attention to these urgent matters. Sincerely, Jennifer G.

I am facing a serious issue with two sellers regarding orders I placed and never received while being charged for them. The sellers have been unresponsive, either sending generic emails or not replying at all. Despite waiting patiently, I am still without the digital thermometers I ordered. The first order, placed on 04/04/20 with EJTVPD, resulted in a $21.99 charge to my account on 04/08/20, even after being informed that EJTVPD is no longer working with Amazon. The second order, placed on 04/11/20 with BaHao-US for $13.19, was made following the unsuccessful shipment by EJTVPD and has shown no progress with USPS tracking. I have decided to seek a refund for both orders given the circumstances and have already raised a dispute with CHASE to resolve the charges.

For the past week, I've been unable to access my Amazon account. It's supposed to send me a verification link, but I haven't been receiving it. Interestingly, my wife can log in to her account from the same computer without any issues, indicating the problem isn't with the computer itself. It seems like the verification code might be going to the wrong email address. I've been a loyal customer for years with no prior issues. My login is (I believe) [redacted] I am Edward Patlakh from Philadelphia, PA, in the US. While I've tried various ways to contact customer service, the phone line seems to be unmanned due to the current situation. I'm unable to access "Live Chat" for tech support. I'm reachable at the email and phone number provided. Thank you for your assistance, Ed.

Yesterday, I encountered an issue logging into Amazon to make a purchase as my password was not being accepted. Despite attempting various solutions online, my husband contacted Amazon customer service at 1-[redacted] and spoke with "David Morris" at extension [redacted], referencing Case ID: [redacted]. Claiming to be in Pennsylvania, David conducted a thorough assessment of our computer and alleged unauthorized access from a hacker in Boston. He requested payment ranging from $25.00 to $[redacted].00, insisting on a check not payable to Amazon without providing an address. Due to our suspicion, we sought a second opinion from our trusted technician, who found no evidence of tampering and restored our Amazon account for a nominal fee of $40.00. I am sharing this experience as a cautionary tale, believing this interaction to be a potential scam, urging Amazon to address such fraudulent activities promptly in the interest of their customers.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon. On July 7, [redacted], I bought a Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Slim USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 Inch External Hard Drive for PC and Mac. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with the device. When I plugged it into my laptop to save my coursework, instead of being recognized as the G drive, the device started beeping and getting hot. I tried all the ports on both of my laptops, and the same issue occurred. I even attempted to use different USB ports, but the problem persisted. I am surprised and disappointed by the breakdown, as the device has been well maintained. I always safely remove hardware through the hidden icons tray and store it back in its original box when not in use. There are no scratches on it to indicate any misuse. Since the purchase was recommended by an IT specialist, I would like to have it replaced rather than leave a negative review. I am hoping for assistance in replacing the device, as it is still under warranty until July 6, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the insurance number is AMZ06[redacted]8. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Kaz B.

Our unpleasant neighbor who rents the house next door uses Spectrum, the only service provider in our area, to gain access to our devices like Amazon Fire Stick, Amazon Echo, Blink security cameras, and Kindle. They manipulate the content on our devices to make it seem like we have more than we do, and then they stream, sell, and share it without our consent. They have even tampered with our Android automation devices. We suspect they have also breached our Amazon Prime account and emails. We need assistance in removing their unauthorized access from all our devices. Unfortunately, we have had difficulty reaching federal authorities due to the current situation. This person's stepfather, Mr. Rodriguz, who is associated with the Florida Highway Patrol, seems to be involved in protecting them from legal consequences.

Order number PO#[redacted]-[redacted] was placed on 3/21. I received a notification on 4/17 that the order had shipped with an estimated arrival between 4/16 and 4/24. However, I found it strange that the estimated arrival was before the actual shipping date. Then I got another notification saying Runpette shipped my package but maybe without tracking information. Despite this, I waited for the delivery by the 24th, but it did not arrive. On the 25th at 3:51 am, I received another notification with a tracking number. When I checked, it showed the package was in transit in Longhue, Shenzhen, China. I am now requesting assistance to cancel this order due to the unclear communication and unusual origin. Please do not deliver the order and refund the payment to my card. I will also contact my card services to verify the refund. Thank you for your help.

In September [redacted], I received replacement printer cartridges for the ones I ordered in August that were not working. I had also purchased ejet brand cartridges at that time, which I have been using. Unfortunately, the replacement TEINO cartridges I received do not work and do not fit my DESKJET [redacted] printer. I have run out of ink and am requesting that Amazon credit my account for the incorrect cartridges, which amounted to a $25 mistake. I need to order new cartridges promptly to rectify this issue.
