April **, **** I ordered * items for my grandson Ryan Gibb.*I had issues with placing my order online, so I called customer service because the ordering was making me feel like my account was hacked or I was in a website pretending to be amazon. He helped me greatly, but today I received the order, rather than going to my grandson. I changed to shipping address on the site tht had both orders, but obviously, that change did not go through on the stainless teel University of Delaware drinking container. Also, they charged me $*.** for shipping and handling. I knew the connection was not normal, but can I have the correct address to my grandson sent to me to put on the package to forward? Also....what about the $*.**. I have been a member for * years, and today I am so frustrated not being able to speak to a live customer service rep. I hardly ever call! Am **, and can't stand your website anymore, and no option to call you directly. Not going to renew my membership this august if your customer service cannot help me live.
