Unfortunately, I will not be available at the specified address after May 1, [redacted], to receive the order. Despite my attempts to contact Amazon Customer Service, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. Furthermore, online cancellation proved impossible even when I tried within two minutes of placing the order. I urgently require Amazon to cancel this order promptly.

I ordered phones for my son's tablet with a guaranteed delivery date of April 20. However, my account states the package was delivered on April 20 but I have not received it despite checking my office, mailbox, and around my apartment. I attempted to resolve this online through my account, but it only allows for returning packages, which I cannot do since I never received the package. The tracking shows it was delivered, but it did not reach my door.

I placed an order on April 4 for the AT&T U-Verse Receiver TV Model ISB7005, ASIN: B07MFWDRC3, with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving the item, I discovered it was not functioning. I successfully requested a return and received a shipping label from the seller. However, both the US post office and UPS informed me that the company's address on the label was invalid. The address listed on the label was for Abdysadyk on Roosevelt Road (12th Street) in Chicago, Illinois [redacted], US, even though Amazon emails mention the company as AABBCC. Despite leaving a review on Amazon detailing the device's issues, I never received a response. I struggled to report the failed return through Amazon's HELP section as there was no option available. Upon calling Amazon at [redacted], I discovered that the phone service was suspended due to Covid-19. I am concerned about potential fraud and seek guidance on how to secure a refund.

The charges are as follows: - €91.00 for order AMZN Mktp IT * MX8EM1824-[redacted] LUX on 15/04/[redacted]. - €86.00 for order AMZN Mktp IT *KW60Q54P5-[redacted] LUX on the same date. The transactions were made on a card ending in [redacted]. I have contacted your customer service multiple times. My bank won't block the payments because they were made normally; the issue occurred due to account cloning on your site. I expect a prompt refund of €[redacted].00, which was stolen from me. The second representative had difficulty locating my account due to an address formatting issue. After spending over two hours trying to resolve the login problem on my own, I eventually managed to login and make a purchase from Smile Amazon. However, I believe I deserve a discount and free shipping due to the inconvenience I experienced. When I called today to request a discount for a future order, the representative was unhelpful and insisted on unnecessary information. I would appreciate speaking to a supervisor or someone who can address my concerns and assist me with my purchase.

I recently purchased a thermometer from your website and was overcharged for an inferior product. The return policy is extremely complicated, demanding a guarantee or accepting the return, and now I have received a FedEx bill for $36 for priority shipping that I did not request. It took three weeks for the item to arrive, which is unacceptable. I am greatly disappointed in this experience and demand action. If I do not receive a response within 72 hours, I will escalate this matter to the media. This price gouging is unacceptable, and I hold you accountable for allowing it to happen. Upon checking, I saw the order was canceled and the item was out of stock. I believe the first agent lacked knowledge and mishandled the situation, while the second agent avoided responsibility. I have been attempting to make a purchase for two weeks. Yesterday (4-22-20), when I was almost finished, the screen prompted me to sign in and requested my password, which I do not remember because Amazon typically remembered it for me (for many years). After many attempts, I received a new one-time password around 2 pm today (4-23-20). However, when I enter this one-time password, it says "not recognized." I continue to receive scrambled letters to unscramble, one after another, with no resolution in sight. All I want to do is access my account and complete a small purchase. My shopping cart is ready to go. They mentioned that they are not accepting phone calls, and without access to my account, I am unable to seek assistance online. I feel stuck in this situation.

I have noticed multiple charges of $13.87 from Amazon Prime on my account. These charges started in March [redacted] and have continued into April. I have contacted Customer Service to try to stop these extra charges. Also, I reached out to my phone carrier, Metro By TMobile, who acknowledged their mistake in changing my plan in March but assured me that I am now back on the correct plan as of April. They mentioned that the March payment to Amazon Prime should have been the only one. However, I am still receiving notifications of multiple billings from Amazon this month.
