I am a 77-year-old individual who is vulnerable to COVID-19, and I am trying to minimize contact with others. My private residence is located on a well-maintained paved road, but USPS delivers only to a mailbox on the nearest public road. As a result, I am required to pick up most packages from the local post office, which poses a risk of exposure to the virus. I have purchased 5 books for my Kindle Fire but have yet to receive them. One of the books is essential for my upcoming online course at Southern New Hampshire University. To better assist me, I am trying to determine the generation of my device; I believe it's a Fire HD 8. The issue might be that I placed the order using my account nmcauley810@ gmail.com. The order confirmation mentioned delivery to "Nancy's 3rd Kindle" which is unusual as it typically states "Michael's 5th Amazon Fire" for my husband, Mike, whose login email is mmcauley33 at gmail.com. I urgently require these books for my studies. The orders were made on February 23, February 24, March 1, March 4, and March 8.

I mistakenly attempted to return a package I had just received, thinking it was empty. However, I found the product that had slipped out on my floor. Please cancel any upcoming transactions related to my recent order and retract the return order you had previously issued. The product was indeed in the package, and there is no need for a return. I am concerned about potential price gouging by a seller named Bargain The People. Due to the current situation with the virus, I had to purchase distilled water from them for my medical c-pap machine since my local store (PUBLIX) in Largo, Florida, ran out. At Publix, the cost is $1.29-$1.39 per gallon, whereas Bargain The People is selling Nestle [redacted] Distilled water, 1 gallon, 6/carton, for $30.52 plus shipping, totaling $5.09 per gallon, which is $3.70 more expensive. I believe this is price gouging, especially during the COVID-19 crisis. I urge Amazon to intervene by suspending Bargain The People from selling or requiring them to refund the price difference. I am disappointed that you do not accept EBT SNAP benefits. As a food provider, it seems essential that you should. I am also puzzled by your heavy focus on organic products when I was simply looking for more mainstream options like Michelinas and Stouffers. The lack of variety limits my choices. I would like to voice these concerns to the administration directly. There appears to be confusion with pricing on your website, such as the Tyson Salisbury Steak that showed one price but increased when added to the cart. This inconsistency is frustrating. Additionally, I have an original lifetime Prime membership, and I do not understand why I am now being asked to pay a monthly fee. My account has been disrupted to the point where it was unusable for months, resulting in a loss for Amazon. I used to be a loyal Amazon customer, but now I am reconsidering. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to regain my trust and business.

I placed an order last week for a men's XL taupe Tee shirt with the text "Humpdy Dumpty was pushed". However, when reviewing my order, it showed two black XL shirts being sent to my address instead. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they assured me it would be fixed on the shipping date, which was March 24. To my surprise, on March 25, I received two XL taupe shirts and one black small shirt at the wrong address while my sister received a small black shirt meant for me. The mix-up with sizes, colors, addresses, and the overbilling on my American Express card is confusing. I need to return three shirts and facilitate the exchange with my sister. About a week ago, my account was frozen, and I can't access it. My bank detected an issue with the credit card linked to my account, so they replaced it with a new one. The balance was transferred, and the new card works except on Amazon. Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted] and Order # [redacted]-[redacted] After purchasing these two items to be delivered to the Amazon Hub Locker at the University of California, Davis, I encountered a complication when the campus closed due to COVID-19. Customer Service helped me provide an alternative address nearby. According to them, the new address was successfully updated, and the parcels were supposed to be delivered there. However, I recently received an email from Amazon stating that my packages are ready for pickup at the UC Davis Hub Locker. Unfortunately, when I attempt to get the pickup code, the website displays a message saying, "Sorry, we're closed." Hello, I attempted to contact customer service with no success. I bought cat food on eBay from the seller "thrustypetsupplies," who used Amazon for delivery without my consent. The package never arrived despite Amazon's claim of delivery. The seller was unhelpful and rude. I provided proof of my absence with boarding passes to eBay, but they and Amazon insist on delivery. I live alone in a secured building, so the delivery story doesn't add up. I've involved trading standards, advice services, and a lawyer. eBay now suggests I launch an investigation and file a claim, which I intend to do. Recently, I received an email stating that one of my reviews violated community guidelines, which resulted in the deletion of all my previous reviews except one. Despite my efforts to understand the issue and express my concerns, I have not received a reply. I value the time and sincerity I put into my reviews and find it unfair that they were removed without a clear explanation. I have received an email that claims to be from Amazon regarding my Prime Membership renewal. It states my card is no longer valid and asks me to click on an attachment. I am hesitant as I am unsure about the email's authenticity. My wife also received suspicious emails pretending to be from Amazon. I want to verify my account's auto-renewal status, ensure my default card is okay, and confirm my renewal date. I have already contacted multiple representatives without receiving adequate assistance. Regrettably, an incorrect code led to my package, containing my iPhone intended for Consumer Cellular, being sent to Amazon instead. Amazon has confirmed the receipt of the iPhone case and provided credit accordingly. Despite multiple login attempts, I find myself locked out of my account with no available support options to regain access. My Amazon order has been a disaster since the beginning. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. I am Patricia K., and my phone number is [redacted]. I placed an order on March 20, [redacted], which included a Samsung TV and an Acer Aspire computer. The total charge on my debit card was $2,[redacted].46. Upon checking the order, I realized I accidentally ordered two computers. After contacting customer service, they quickly corrected the order, but the charge remained the same. Although the TV was scheduled to arrive tomorrow (3/26/[redacted]), it was delivered today (3/25/[redacted]). Dealing with this issue amidst the current global crisis is frustrating. Not a pleasant experience dealing with Amazon!

My Amazon.com order #[redacted]-[redacted] was delivered today, 3/25/20, around 4:30 pm. I ordered 24 cans of Cento Tuna, 5 oz each. Upon receiving the order, I noticed that one end of the box was opened, and there were only 22 cans inside, with 2 missing. The issue occurred before reaching my door as it was already like that when the delivery driver brought it. I tried to contact Amazon through their website but was not able to find the appropriate option, so I selected "damaged box and items." The message I received indicated a full refund without the need to return the items. I placed an order for Pure Aloe Vera Gel Lotion on March 13, [redacted], with an expected delivery between March 17, [redacted]. However, after contacting the seller multiple times through Amazon, I have not received any response. Despite explaining my situation, Amazon informed me that the purchase does not qualify for a return under their policy. Despite several unsuccessful attempts to communicate via phone, the $[redacted].99 cost of the item is a significant loss for a senior on a fixed income.
