I purchased a Keter Folding Table, but there was a delay in delivery as UPS only had a shipping label, not the product. I attempted to purchase a table elsewhere with no success, but eventually, the table was shipped to me. I am pleased with the product and want to pay for it immediately. I am having trouble reversing the refund. Your website mentions that if not returned by January 28th, [redacted], I will be charged, but I would like to pay for it now.

I did not authorize a digital purchase, and I am having trouble getting a refund. I have been patient, but I am frustrated after multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have a history of over 65 orders in the last 6 months with this company, but they do not seem to value my loyalty. I will not use their services or credit card again, as I can easily find the same products elsewhere.

I reached out on Monday, December 23rd regarding the closure of my Amazon Advantage account. Unfortunately, I can't directly contact Advantage customer service because my account is now closed. The customer service representative said they would escalate my issue to Advantage customer service, and I was expecting a response within 48 hours. I purchased a Boogie Board Magic Sketch along with a pink carry case, intending it as a gift. Unfortunately, the item is not functioning properly even after I replaced the batteries. Hello! I recently purchased a $25 digital Robux card, and I was informed that I would receive my code in my online library. However, I am unsure what that means and I am unsure when I will receive it as the process seems unclear based on some reviews I read. My main queries are where I can locate the library and how long it typically takes for delivery. I used my birthday money for this purchase, and I just want to ensure that the transaction was successful. It has been around 24 hours, and I have not yet received the email. I started to doubt if the order went through. When I tried to buy it again, I encountered an issue with my cart related to the default address. I input my address details but still faced the same problem upon reattempting the purchase multiple times. I am at a loss about what step to take next.

I need assistance with exchanging a gift item for a different size. I would like to know the process required to achieve this. Should I return the item to the UPS store for a credit card refund and then reorder the item in the correct size? I recently discovered that I have been charged for Amazon Prime without ever opting for the paying membership. Initially, I chose the free trial expecting it to end without automatically transitioning to a paid subscription. However, I found out that I have been billed $14.14 monthly since July [redacted]. I did not intentionally sign up for this billing process and I am puzzled as to how I was charged without going through a standard billing dialogue that would inform me of the enrollment cost and payment details. I have now canceled my Prime membership and incurred a total loss of $14.14 multiplied by five months. The charges on my credit card statement were unclear until I investigated further into the $14.14 deduction. I attempted to assess the benefits of Amazon Prime for me, but I found them to be minimal compared to the associated cost. I am baffled about how I could be charged for a service without actively consenting to the billing process.

I am experiencing issues with the two-step identification as the OTP code is not reaching my phone or 3rd Fire Tablet. It appears that the OTP code is being sent to an incorrect phone number. Despite attempting to resolve this, I received an email asking me to update my phone number, but I can't do so without a phone number to receive the code. This predicament is preventing me from logging in. My phone number is 1-[redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could update it on my behalf to help resolve this matter. Thank you.

A few months back, I had a helpful chat session about a delivery issue, promptly resolved. Thank you. Today, I wish to address a new concern: I've noticed the Amazon delivery drivers playing loud music in front of my house, which can be quite bothersome. Perhaps they could lower the volume or use headphones to be more considerate. It seems to happen regularly while they make deliveries in the area, like this morning around 11:20. I live on N Wilson Avenue in Pasadena. If this is Amazon's policy, kindly inform me. Thank you.

I was instructed previously by one of your employees to keep the item as a gesture of compensation due to Amazon's delayed delivery. Unfortunately, I am now being asked to return the product. Please refer to the attached conversation where the Amazon representative clearly stated that I could keep the item even if a refund was issued for the late delivery. I have attempted to reach out through other channels without success. The reason I did not have the item with me at the time of travel was because I followed the advice given by your staff member. Kindly refrain from deducting the $9.99 as I was assured that I could keep the item if it arrived.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon, and unfortunately, the delivery person refuses to deliver my order to the address I provided. I ordered Pass the Pigs for my student granddaughter in Southampton. This morning, I received an email stating the delivery would be today, which caught me off guard as she is at work. She lives in a 2nd-floor flat with no nearby neighbors she knows of. If it doesn't fit in her mailbox, there's no secure place to leave it. She will be home tomorrow, the original arrangement we made. I have no means to reach the delivery person, so what should we do now?

I purchased a Portronics Sublime 3 from Amazon almost 5 months ago, but I received a faulty device from the seller. After contacting Amazon, I returned the item to the seller's address as instructed, and was told I would receive a refund. However, for the past 3-4 months, I have been unable to reach Amazon as they seem to have blocked my number. I'm not sure why this happened. I'm quite busy with my job and don't have time to deal with Amazon. I tried reaching out to the seller, and they accused me of being a cheater and threatened to file a case against me. I am considering taking legal action against Amazon as well since they also seem to have blocked my number. This has been a very disappointing experience. Order #[redacted]-[redacted].

I have reached out several times about the necklace set I purchased, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. The initial set I got consisted of a necklace and a set of tops, but the tops were flawed, so I requested an exchange. When the exchanged item arrived, it only contained the necklace, and the tops were missing. I have a picture of the package with your delivery person, clearly showing that the tops were not included. Despite two attempts to send the full set again, I only require the tops as I have already given the necklace as a gift to a family member. I don't understand why I received this message. Amazon has informed me that they have detected unusual reviewing activity on my account and have removed all my reviews. Consequently, I am unable to submit reviews or other content on Amazon. I have rarely reviewed one or two products in all the time I've been ordering from Amazon. If more details are available, I'd appreciate it. I would like to know why this action was taken.
