I have been logging in to Amazon seamlessly, but recently encountered an issue. I set up Mon on my cell phone. While I can access Amazon on my phone, I can no longer do so on my computer. Despite various attempts, even with my new cell phone password, I am unable to log in on my computer. I prefer using a computer due to the larger screen. I am seeking assistance to resolve this, aiming to use the same password for both Amazon on my computer and cell phone for purchases. I hope for a solution to this matter. Thank you. - Maureen A.

Hello, I'm Heather. I have been experiencing issues with the delivery drivers leaving packages at my address instead of Lake Dr where they belong. Despite speaking with them, the problem persists, and I have had to deliver 26 packages to the correct recipients myself. I reside at [redacted] Trindale Rd in Trinity, NC. Could you please ensure that the drivers update their GPS so they turn onto Lake Dr to find the correct address? Thank you.

My Amazon account has been suspended for quite some time. I've been trying to resolve this issue by responding to the emails from the account specialist requesting my billing address. Despite providing the information over the phone, they are now asking for a billing statement. I'm instructed to log in on a web browser to provide this, but each time I try, I receive a message stating my information is under review and I should wait for the next step. How can I submit the statement if I can't access my account?

Hello, I recently made a purchase with Order ID [redacted]-[redacted] on December 2nd. However, I decided to cancel my order 30 minutes after placing it because I am traveling overseas in a few days and was unsure if I would receive the item before my trip. I have not heard back from the seller since yesterday, December 3rd, despite sending another email. I need the item for my trip and am concerned about not receiving it on time. I would like to dispute this transaction and request a refund. Thank you.

I am in the process of partnering with Amazon through the Relay website. However, my insurance company needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the specific coverages required by Amazon. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with someone within the Amazon system misusing my insurance information. I suspect that Rahman M. from Translogistix might be using my details since I shared them with him during the employment process. This situation is preventing me from using my insurance information on the Relay site.

I purchased two Fitbit Versa 2 watches on Black Friday for $[redacted] each and received them on Saturday. The Cyber Monday price has now dropped by $20 per watch. I purchased a OnePlus 7 for my brother on your website for Rs. 29,[redacted]. We received it on October 2, [redacted], in Palakkad, Ottappalam, Kerala. My brother is stationed in Kashmir with the Indian Army. Unfortunately, his phone is not working, so he asked me to send him the new mobile through the Indian Postal Department's courier service. The parcel was opened only to replace the mobile, and we did not note the IMEI number. Regrettably, the parcel has gone missing now. I am wondering if there is any possibility of retrieving the IMEI number for further investigation. Please provide me with the details. Thank you.

I purchased a tabletop Christmas tree for my 9-month pregnant daughter in another state to make up for missing Thanksgiving with her. The delivery was scheduled for November 29th to surprise her. Even though I instructed her to watch for packages, nothing has shown up. I received a notification today that my order was canceled, which is disheartening. I reordered it, but I am unsure if we will face another disappointment. Feeling sad about the situation.

I am residing in a nursing home and facing an issue with your bank. The individuals at Synchrony Bank repeatedly billed me twice for items already paid for using my debit card. I feel stuck dealing with this fraudulent situation. Kindly contact Synchrony Bank to address the double billing and understand that scamming the elderly is illegal. Moreover, calling an elderly person at the facility and causing them frustration is inappropriate. I intend to contact AARP to raise awareness among elders about avoiding engaging with the scammers at Synchrony Bank, which I suspect is not operated by staff in the USA.

I recently got an email informing me that my payment for order # [redacted]-[redacted] was declined. The amount in question is $32.86. Per the instructions, I attempted to update my payment method with a different credit card. Unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation that the new payment information was successfully processed. I have been trying to reach out over the phone without any luck. I made this purchase from the wish list of the account holder as I do not have an account myself. It's crucial for me to know whether the payment has gone through, as this item is intended as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I recently purchased Yankee Candles from your store. Unfortunately, the tracking information shows that they were delivered, but I never received them. On the same day, I received two parcels - one for myself and one for Miss R. Jacobs. I have contacted you before about this issue, but I have yet to receive a replacement for the candles. I recently returned a knife and some retinol cream at Kohls in Herndon, VA, between 11/17 and 11/19. I was informed via email that my refund of approximately $50 was processed, but I have yet to receive it. Despite contacting Amazon three times and receiving emails stating that the refund was processed on 11/19, it is now 12/3 and the refund has not appeared. This situation is very frustrating as I have never encountered this issue before.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently noticed a charge of $9.19 on my Visa card for an Amazon.com Prime Membership, which I did not sign up for. I have attempted to cancel this membership but have been unable to find the appropriate contact information on the website. When attempting to access the Prime Member section, it indicated that I was not enrolled. However, upon further attempts, I was prompted for a password. I have been given a £[redacted] budget for Christmas by my uncle. Unfortunately, I used his new Lloyd's bank card, as he left his old one at the cash machine. Now, my account is locked due to suspicious activity, and it requires a document with the last 4 digits ending in 67. I only have a picture of his old statement with the last digits as 59. My uncle receives monthly bank statements, and he just got the recent one, but it pertains to his old card. I need help resolving this issue before Christmas, as I won't be able to buy anything otherwise.
