I ordered a glass kettle, order number ***-*******-*******, on **th August, and received it the next day. Recently it has stopped switching off when boiling, so, as it's faulty, I thought all I had to do was arrange a return. However, it says on your website that the return window closed on the **th September, so there is now no option to return this faulty product. Does this mean that there's no warranty if it proves to be faulty? Surely not! That is not the much vaunted Amazon care for its customers. As this kettle is just over two months old, surely there is some procedure by which I can return it for a refund?

Phoned Amazon (UK) after finding relevant phone number (**** *** ****), got a very helpful customer representative who immediately organised a return for me, emailing me the returns slip to print out within minutes. Couldn't have been more helpful* my only complaint is that I was forced to do this, because there was no option on their website for me to arrange a return!
