Jewelry for a Family Reunion ... I placed an order on August **th. **** and I still have not received my order.*Order ******-*******-*********Order total**$***.***(** items)*where six of this* items where send together, I already contact Amazon C.S three (*) times by phone and a couple of times by chat, which your chat I am assuming is automotive because it never responded to my questions, the three times I've called they have told me to wait ** hours and the last call the Supervisor Carrie said that you guys need a police report!! I explained to Carrie that I am very busy and very behind schedule that I have not even been able to sleep for * days, I also ask for her to provide me with an physical address to your Corporate office and she tells me she could not do that because it was confidential!!! huumm??.**No one has contacted me by email nor phone and I have WAISTED a LOT of time on the phone with Amazon C.S. with the last phone call alone * hour and ** minutes and getting nothing resolved.***So meanwhile I do NOT have my order, I am out $***.** and I have to do Amazons job???!!!! Isn't that stilling??!! When I am paying for Prime and I do not receive my orders or do not receive them in time.***Another issue is with UPS delivery service! There has been several times when the have delivered my packages by the garage door and on one occasion on top of my vehicle which faces my neighbors garage and its wide open into the street. I do not go out the garage unless I need to go out, why is it so hard to deliver them to my front door? I have never giving them instructions to deliver them on any other place other then my front door. Also when I am expecting a pick up they do not even bother to ring the door bell or knock on the door! They just leave the labels outside with any other packages they may be delivering or do not pick them up at all.*When called, I have been told to wait ** hours, three defferent calls same answer and nothing gets resolved nor I get any calls or emails back from anyone for any update.. *On Sep. **st, **** I received an email from Amazon CS saying that someone signed for the package when I know no one in my house did and on a previous message they said that there was a picture of my package delivered by my front door. That is another proof of them lying.* lI know Amazon does not want to take responsibility for all the mistakes they made, not only with my orders but with thousands of other customers orders. ****.- I want Amazon to refund my money for this order because it has already taking way too long and I already replaced the items.****.- I want a refund for my Prime Membership (FULL AMOUNT) since they lost this orders and several others have been late or lost according to Amazon emails, including Christmas presents. *And*** *.- I like to RETURN and get REFUNDED for ALL the PURCHASES I made in the LAST TREE MONTHS because of all their mistakes with my orders and for not only for making me late with the items I needed to make but the money I lost for them but also for putting through this hassle and a lot of stress, this is not including the time I waisted on the for with them also the time it took me to find and replace the items. I will give Amazon ** hours to fix this issue because besides all the stress, money and time I have lost I am really tired of dealing with this issue. I have been an Amazon Customer since **** and a Prime Member for a * years. and on my own Prime Membership for * years. I have brought a lot of my Family and Friends into Amazon here in the U.S. and out of the Country. ** to **% of everything I purchase like clothing, makeup, personal items etc. I purchase from Amazon and that's not including purchases I make for some Friends and Family when I visit and gifts I bring.
I have send emails and made several phone calls to Amazon and everytime they have said to wait ** hours. *I also checked with UPS (even one of my delivery drivers mention some other packages have been stolen from my street) I also checked with my neighbors.
