We want to cancel Britbox, Accorn, Masterpiece & amazon specialties because our TV won't play Amazon at all. **We are keeping Amazon Prime because it is included with the shipping. DISH tech support was out last week and fixed the Amazon connection. We still have the Amazon connection but Amazon audio stopped * days later and nothing we can do will put the picture and the sound together. What happens is we switch to Amazon, the picture comes in no problem BUT the sound remains playing whatever was on DISH tv before we switched to Amazon. We can look at Amazon Prime, Britbox et al but we hear CNN. We can't even get Amazon on the upstairs TVs which MIGHT work if we had a different remote (not DISH) for the upstairs TVs. This involves additional expense and likely frustration.**We don't know what to do from here (we are almost **) and we don't want to continue to pay for specialty channels we have no chance of seeing with no way through this morass.
