EST**Bottom of Form**Tracking Status**Delivered**Delivered On**Monday************Delivery Time**at **:** P.M.*****Received and signed by: Mike Mcdole***(I have proof of delivery from UPS if needed)*****I tried to reach out to Amazon customer several times since mid May, I was kept telling to wait for them to process.*****I finally reached out to them today again after more than a month of waiting, the supervisor named Neha told me “Amazon never received it, therefore no refund”. I questioned her*him about why the Cable was refunded immediately, she*he never responded directly, but kept telling me they never received the package, and I should contacted UPS (who I already contacted, and they have Delivered record on file which Amazon claimed this is false).*****As a customer I got screwed for what Amazon’s attempt to not issuing a refund for item they received from UPS but claimed they never did.*****Please escalate this to a supervisor who does not respond like a robot and who will see what Amazon has been conflicting itself back and forth each time I communicated with them, especially the last supervisor named Neha I spoke with today, definitely bad customer service with no intention to help at all.****Thank you.***Regards,*Tammy Lu
