Dear sir madam*About a month ago I found that I was paying for prime but I had not applied for it *When I called to find out how that append *I was told that someone was using my credit card while I was on the phone with a rep I was told that I needed to purchase a gift card from walgreen for $***.** I was told to stay on the line while I went to purchase the card I did gave the rep the numbers in the back of the card and was told to do purchase the gift card * more times I refused I was told that I would get the money back for the gift card as well the membership fees that was charged in my account *To this none as been done no credit on my account no refund of the gift card I now have a new credit card*Please help solve the problem *Tank you*My name is *Fiore guglielmi
