You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-melthorn's own words
Order* ***-*******-********I received an email saying you have not received items I returned, and I will be charged if they are not returned. But I did drop them off with the label provided. I can not return the items because I already sent them. I did combine orders and had * labels in the box. I fear that only one of the labels was scanned for the item that shows received, but not the other one with the two not received. I'm not sure what happened, but I promise all * dresses were in the box. I work at the Walmart home office, and used the post office here as I always do and never had a problem. I will not combine orders in the future (to cut down on shipping costs), but please don't charge me. I don't have them!**Thank you,*Melinda Thornton
