Almost one year ago, May, ****, my Amazon account was hacked and a $*** item was ordered. The hacker did not change the shipping and the computer gaming thing showed up at my house. I immediately checked my account and all of my payment methods had been deleted and the order was nowhere to be found. I called Amazon and the rep confirmed my account had been hacked and said a supervisor from customer service would call me. Nobody ever called and I have gotten the same runaround ever since via email. The credit card has been cancelled but no credit awarded because I had to declare that I had not received any product for the charge. Since Amazon had yet to tell me how to return the product, I could not make that declaration. So almost a year later I have been paying interest on the $*** charge and I still have this product that I have no use for. For the first five or six months all I was looking for was return instructions and a credit to my credit card. At one point I stated I would also like a refund for the interest paid, but that went nowhere. Right now, I'll settle for sending the item back and a full refund. To this day, the order and item cannot be seen in my order history.
