I had two email accounts under amazon- my first one had my amazon prime account- unfortunately, THAT email is one I am going to lose soon by changing internet providers. I talked with amazon customer service and they said if I moved that email to my other email I would not lose my amazon prime library. Well that rep was wrong. I lost everything I had paid for. I immediately called back and rep acknowledge the info I was given was wrong and he would reinstate the other email and told me how to fix it- as of four days later, that email has not been reinstated. Please call or email me and help resolve this. I am a great amazon customer and do not want to be disappointed by you.*Cell is ***-***-****.*Email is below.*Time is passing and I have had no response from your customer service.
