My son's kindle fire screen shattered and it was under warranty for a year. It has been about ** months so is still under that warranty. I shipped it to amazon on **** and then heard nothing for a few days. On September ** at *:**pm I had a conversation with Raj (after being transferred to the specialist team twice). I have the transcript of the conversation in which Raj told me he would personally follow up with me and send me an email with an update in five days. It has now been over * weeks, my child has not has his kindle fire for three weeks and there is no information anywhere in my account. I am very frustrated with this poor customer service* I have never experienced this with amazon before. Please resolve this asap.
