My husband has had a long-standing acct including Prime with Amazon. For whatever reason, for several years now, whenever I go to amazon.com on my personal computer, my husbands acct comes up . . . "Hello Kevin!". He'a always been fine with me using his account, and I've added my credit cards to his account, etc. - But, this bizarre and unexplainable phenomenon has been my mode of operation anytime I needed to use Amazon. Until about a month ago. I typed in amazon.com and the usual, Hello Kevin! Except it wouldn't accept the known security code and my husband was on a business call and I was up against a deadline to order diapers for my dad so I started my own account. And also signed up for Prime for a free month. *Since then, I receive numerous email from Amazon advertising a kajillion things I have no interest in, and out of curiosity when I "click" on the email from Amazon, I still get "Hello, Kevin!". The last time I needed diapers for my dad, after over twenty attempts of getting to "my personal account" I actually arrived and could order more diapers for my dad. But, since then, I've been unsuccessful at finding "Hello Shellie". *What I want to do is CANCEL "my" account including the PRIME. My name is Shellie Cash. My email: *****@***.com
