i spoke to an agent at amazone about * weeks ago i purchased a amazone fire hd* tablet from pcwourld*currys and i have been having trouble connecting it to my wifi, i have been through line testing alsorts engineers out but there is nothing wrong with our service so the only thing left is there must be a problem with the tablet. i took it back to the shop for a refund they refused to give me one the agent i spoke to from your company said he was happy for me to send the tablet back to you and you would change it for me ,so does this still stand can i send it back to you for an exchange. this has been very upsetting for my mum as it was a birthday present for her she has not been able to touch it since we gave it to her so i hope this can be resolved, thankyou
