I have been a prime member for many years. *My payment ($***.**) for **** Prime membership was charged to my Visa *******. I am unable to use my prime membership under this gmail and my Amazon purchases has been totally removed prior to ****. I do lots of repurchases. My old email of *****@***.com no longer exists because I have a new provider and I have no access to it. *Please transfer my purchase history from my old gmail to my new gmail.*I have also been deprived of Amazon Prime TV with Roku. I request you please correct this problem and restart my **** membership to the date you reestablish this membership. Thank You.******@***.com Note: I am hearing impaired and must communicate via email.
