My husband bought me a new Amazon kindle fire in the Prime day sale and for some reason there are ads on the lock screen and i have tried everything to take them off. I didn't know they would be there. I read that you can pay to have them taken off but I can't seem to find the find the link to do that. Could you please help me? Thank you.
My husband and I share an Amazon prime account to buy things and I am not as familiar as he is with Amazon
