I returned a tea pot that was broken..you issued me a refund ( thank you ) and I ordered another one which arrived just fine...then you tell me that you did not receive the tea pot ..and recharged my credit card...It was returned and you say so in my account ...I have the return slip, the statement it was returned on May **, and then you send me a notice that my card was charged for non *return...I can't find a way to send you all the information...I have copies of all of it which I can send to you...need an address to send it too...order* ***-*******-******* It was a Mueller speed boil tea pot. so if you need to have me send all of this to you OK, give me an address or maybe you can just look into it and tell me you re-credited my credit card..thanks Myrna Frame
