We have an Amazon Fire Kids tablet we purchased in February ****. Currently, it is not taking a charge. We plug the charger in and the tablet is not responding. The tablet came with a * year No-Worry guarantee. I was wondering how I go about getting the tablet fixed and*or replaced, but we no longer have the box it came in. Is it still possible to get it replaced? If so, what steps do I need to take?
