I am an ** year old customer of Amazon for many years. I was a recent victim of a computer scam and incurred unauthorized charges. The problem was referred to customer support via phone on ****. The disputed amount ($** from app.store & itunes gift card) I received an email that Amazon credited $** to my account ending in **. That was the scammed account and has been canceled and a new card issued. So I don’t see how I can receive the credit.*I still can not open my Amazon account. It seems the are more of the same type charges in dispute. *Perhaps the best thing to do is cancel my current Amazon account and issue a new account.*Please advise how to resolve this issue.*Thanks Robert W.
