I placed an order for a Best Samsung Galaxy S* Plus, an email sent to me that it was delivered but the carrier lost the package, a photo was sent to me as well. The mail came from Amazon Logistic Customer Service. Since it was already charged on my account, when do I received the phone or will I still received one. The email was sent to me on May **, **** and I didn't hear anything more about the itemafterwards.*I would like very much to hear from you about this issue.*Thank you
