Sir,**i have purchased micromax mobile (canvas * lite Q*** dual ** gb maple wood) online from amazon website on ** feb ****. My mobile is not working properly so I contacted to micromax service center.At service center they told that my mobile is not registered so first registered it from the company where it was purchased . I talked to SARF sales and service department and they assured me to take my mobile back from my home and changed it . but still today their is no response. I contacted to micromax help line they told me that ***This is to inform you that the product purchased by you through the e-commerce website "Amazon" is not a genuine Micromax product but a counterfeit product being sold as Micromax product. Hence, Micromax after-sales services cannot be provided to you for the said counterfeit product.
