Hi I am brand new at this and not in any hurry. I am taking my time and want my account setup correctly. My issue is that I signed up as an individual but I got charge for the professional plan. I did not pay right away because I making sure that I passed the KYC information. I wanted to be sure that I did not pay for something that I would not be able to receive. Luckily my documents were good enough and am now an Amazon seller. I have begun watching the setup videos. This is where I found how to change your account type and discovered that even though I signed up as an individual the plan I was put on and charged for was the professional plan. I already downgraded my account but I need to deal with the charge that I should have not been charge before I make further progress in becoming an active seller.
