The issue in GetHuman-jonwern's own words
In January, I purchased a SG**** *-Burner Stainless Steel Grill from you on Amazon. I am very impressed with the two follow up calls on the grill. I am however very disappointed with an issue I am having already and the fact I cannot talk to anyone in person about it. The grill back left caster has broke off causing the grill to nearly fall over on top of our dog. I have only used the grill * times due to the weather during the winter months here in St. Louis. The grill has been kept on a flat concrete surface, kept in a garage, and covered the entire time it is not in use. This is absolutely ridiculous for only having this three months and using it * time. Not only is it a safety issue but it is also a poor craftsmanship issue. I bought this grill as a gift for my wife and she wanted to send it back because she said there was nothing wrong with the one we have. I convinced her to keep it and give the old one away. We currently have to prop the rear corner up with a brick, which to me defeats the purpose of having a movable grill. My wife is now scared the other casters will fall off and injure our children, animals, or lose the food we are cooking on it. We currently are not cooking on the grill due to those reasons. **I am sure that your company is unaware that there is no personal contact that I can make in order to make this right. Please contact me to make arrangements to get this situation rectified. I have also sent a copy of this email to Amazon.
