Dear Sirs,**Two Instant Pots Duo *-in-* Electric Pressure Cooker, * Litre, **** W, Brushed Stainless Steel*Black were delivered to me by the Amazon on Tuesday, November **, ****. One of them had a problem in the water test. Steam and droplets of water came from the valve (the valve was up) and the noise of the water was greater than in the other pot. I repeated the water test with the valve of the other pot and it was a bit better, but again during the operation of the device and while the valve was up, droplets of water and steam from the valve continued to flow out. I request replacement of the device but shipping costs are too high. The carrier UPS (same carrier delivered the Pot to me) has asked me to pay for transportation ***, ** Euros. This amount is bigger than the value of the Pot. Please confirm that I will receive back the total amount of shipping and receipt costs.*Regards,*Despoina Papachrysanthou
