I purchased a All-New Amazon Fire TV Stick With Alexa Voice Remote from Argos on the *rd of September **** and since I’ve had it I’ve had countless issues with it! The sound keeps cutting out (which I found by Googling is a common problem with this particular model) the screen settings are also a problem as the picture is not displayed fully and there’s no way of correcting in the Calibrate Your Display settings on this particular device model and the fire stick frequently crashes! I did report this to Amazon and without talking me first Amazon decided to send out a refurbished replacement (something I never asked for or agreed too) which was apparently delivered to my address at *:**pm this past Friday (when nobody was at home) there was no delivery note left for us to say it had been left with a neighbour or to have it redelivered so who or where this replacement fire stick was delivered to is anyone’s guess???**But this is something Amazon will have to look into and I don’t want them trying to send me another one just for the same thing to happen again!**And now I’m being told to contact the retailer I purchased the fire stick from to arrange a replacement or refund directly?**This is an AMAZON product Not Argos and they told me to contact Amazon as the fire sticks manufacturer to resolve this issue as this device clearly has fault with it! **As there is are common issues mentioned above with this particular fire stick I'd actually prefer to exchange it for the All - New Amazon *K HDR Fire TV Stick as the problems that exist on my device model seem to have been rectified on the newer model as you can calibrate the display settings and the sound codec has been improved. And have it either sent via recorded delivery to my address so either me or my wife can sign for it upon delivery and I then have my faulty fire stick sent back directly to you via my local Doddle store)** As the Amazon customer service reps have been unable to meet my request I suggested that someone of higher authority and able to make the decision to replace my current fire stick for the newer Amazon *K HDR Fire TV Stick version, but to date nothing and am being given the runaround by them!

GetHuman1632408 did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
