I was trying to apply for the Amazon Platinum Mastercard. I completed my application and was told I would soon receive an e-mail. I have not received an e-mail yet. ... On Thursday **nd November I applied for the Amazon Platinum Mastercard. I was told I would receive an e-mail regarding my application soon but I haven't got it. It's not in my inbox or my junk folder. I have reapplied twice as a result and again I haven't received an e-mail. I would just like to know whether my application has been accepted or not as I would like to receive the Black Friday offer of a £** Amazon gift card with a successful application for the Amazon Platinum Mastercard.
This was especially frustrating because at the time of my application there was an offer that every successful applicant would receive a £** Amazon gift card which I would have liked to spend during Black Friday*Cyber Monday.
They could make this right by confirming my application and giving me the £** Amazon gift card.
I have been an Amazon customer since **** and have never previously had any issues. I use the site quite regularly and so I am disappointed with how this application process has been so slow.
I have tried calling Amazon and I was told an e-mail was sent to me on November **nd (date I applied) but after checking my inbox and my junk folder I can confirm I have received no e-mail regarding my application.
