Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online & Mail Order**The issue that I have experienced was: I order memory cushion, in my profile is written that it was delivered, but I dont have it. There could be problem with address, when I control my order, there is my name correct - Nikol Stanisova, name of the street correct Trescientos **, town Adeje, TENERIFE, BUT there is Czech republic country. There is NO street Trescientos ** and Adeje town, Tenerife is one from Canary Islands, Spain. May be my cushin is lost? The correct country is, of course, Spain. It happend probably something wrong, when I made order, some automatic fill in the forms. I was born in Czech republic, I lived there, but know not, I live in Spain. I put in order my phone, but nobody called me :( Could you find my order and delivere relay to me, please? Thank you in advance.
