My name is Clive Woodley and i live in Perth Western Australia.*Quite a few months ago i took out an Amazon Prime account here in Perth Western Australia so as to purchase some books for my fathers birthday in April this year (he lives in uk). Prior to the end of the ** days i cancelled my subscription. Yet Amazon uk continues to take money from my bank account!!!!*I contacted Amazon customer service here in Australia over a month ago and they then assured me via email that all of my Amazon accounts had now been closed and that they would forward to Amazon uk my requst to be refunded all payments i have had taken illigally from my bank account since May ****.*Yet i have just made another payment!!!*Please reimburse me my money urgently, i cannot afford these payments, and as i donot have an Amazon prime account i fail to see why you are taking my money????**Please respond within ** working days to confirm the above and the total amount you will be crediting me.**From one very upset West Australian.
