Contacted Amazon customer service. They annotated the problem and forwarded it to the network center. There did not appear to be a problem with my account when the customer service rep reviewed it. Still waiting for Amazon to unfreeze my account and let me know what I did that prompted them to disable my ability to submit customer reviews.

I was trying to submit a product review on my latest purchase. ... Product review. I get an error message "Sorry, we are unable to accept your review. You are no longer permitted to review products on Amazon because you have violated our Community Guidelines." Please tell me why I get this message. I have never written anything offensive or in bad taste. Please respond in English.
This was especially frustrating because if I incorrectly submitted something in a product review it would be nice if Amazon would have notified me that I made an error and what the was so I could correct it and not make the same error in the future. Instead they just blocked my ability to comment.
Amazon should advise me on the specifics of the error I made so I can correct it and not make the same error in the future. They should unblock my ability to comment on products.
