Good afternoon, I had an order: Ordered on ** April **** Order * ***-*******-******* , in which I had various items that had to be delivered to the same address. For some reason the delivery was sent in * different deliveries (I had selected * delivery or the minimum amount possible). * of the deliveries arrived successfully, but one item (*rd delivery: Hasbro Nerf A****EU* - N-Strike Elite Rapidstrike, Spielzeugblaster ($**.**), was not delivered on time and actually was never delivered to the selected address. I am writing now because I have returned to the location once again and re confirmed that it never arrived. It is a real pity as I use Amazon a lot but in this case, I had to do various trips to the location (I do not live close by) and found it never was delivered. Now it is late to order again, so I would kinly request a refund of this item
