Hello, I recently made an order a few days ago with the following order number: #[redacted]-[redacted]. Part of the order, the bg-akku24 charger and cables for Olympus VH-[redacted], arrived on schedule, but the other part, a book dispatched via Hermes titled "Non tutte le PR riescono col buco: Come attrarre le giuste PR per far crescere la tua azienda," never arrived. Hermes claims they couldn't deliver it due to an incorrect address. This is incorrect because the first part of my order was delivered without any issues. It seems like they either lied about the delivery attempt or didn't deliver it at all. I believe they should have made more than one delivery attempt, as Amazon's policy states up to four attempts for paid items. Additionally, my neighbors were available to receive the package on my behalf. I recommend avoiding Hermes Deutschland in the future due to their unprofessional and untrustworthy service. I placed an order on September 10, [redacted] for a gift for my daughter's birthday. I requested it to be completely wrapped as a gift with my daughter's name on it. I encountered issues when my daughter was not allowed to pick it up as they stated she could not place the order. Despite explaining that I, the mother, ordered it as a gift, they insisted my daughter needed to provide permission for me to pick it up. Faced with the unreasonable demand, I explained she is only 8 years old. Upon bringing her to the store, they still refused, stating she could not collect it. I reiterated that it was a gift ordered for her, expressing my desire for her name to be on the wrapping. Unfortunately, I left without obtaining the gift.

I want to update my payment information on my account. I recently ordered motorcycle items from Amazon Germany, intending for my boyfriend to pay with his credit card. However, due to security measures, my account got blocked since the credit card was under his name, Leonardo Gomes, not mine. I understand the reason for this. Now, I'm unable to unlock my account, update the details with my credit card information, or even provide my credit card statement as requested by Amazon. I just need to finalize the order, use my credit card as payment, and have it delivered to Germany. Can you assist me with this issue? Thank you.

We encountered an issue: Our account underwent a month-long review and was fully activated on November 7. Shortly after listing four items on other Amazon European platforms, including MSI video cards, our account was suspended over suspicions of selling counterfeit goods. These listings were already on Amazon.co.uk, and we were merely expanding to other European sites. Despite submitting purchase invoices numerous times since November 7, requesting verification, it appears our emails are not being carefully reviewed, possibly automated responses. The MSI video cards were procured from computerUniverse GmbH in Germany; this can be verified. While some invoice dates exceed [redacted] days, we confirm these are the exact cards we are selling with no additional stock. Despite processing 11 orders, handling customer inquiries, maintaining positive reviews, we have not received payments. Moreover, all our listings, including unrelated items, are currently suspended, halting our sales entirely.

Dear Mr./Ms. [Redacted], I am Veysal Hajiaghayev, reaching out for assistance. Last Friday, I placed an order for a Samsung tablet (Samsung T590NZKA DBT Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Wi-Fi Tablet - Snapdragon [redacted], 3GB RAM, Android 8.1) priced at [redacted] Euros. I received an email stating that payment via my Commerzbank debit card was not possible but that I had 3 days to pay with a credit card. Regrettably, I do not currently have access to a credit card, and my friends also do not possess one. Obtaining a credit card from the bank would take about a week. Hello, I ordered the book "Hygge - Wohlfuehlkleidung im Oversize-look haekeln" on November 8th with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery was expected to arrive on November 16th. However, upon checking the tracking information, it mentioned a special delivery arrangement requested by the customer that may have caused a delay, which was not the case. Allegedly, the package was supposed to arrive on November 20th, but I checked with our local postal service, and it has not been received in Fethard on Sea or delivered elsewhere mistakenly. I kindly ask you to investigate and provide me with an update via email regarding the status of the delivery. If I do not receive the book, I would like to request a refund. Thank you. Jutta Saas

Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Package by DPD Delivery Driver Dear Customer Service, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against a DPD delivery driver who delivered three parcels on 06.12.[redacted] at 16:28 with tracking I.D: [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, when no one was home, the driver forcefully pushed a large item (Normani US Assault Pack Backpack, Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) through the mail slot, causing damage to our mailbox. The driver did not leave a note and simply drove off, leaving the broken pieces of the mailbox's golden metal rim behind on the concrete wall. The mailbox, an expensive fixture attached to the electronic gates, has been significantly damaged. Photos are available as proof of the incident. This behavior is completely unacceptable from an Amazon delivery partner. We urgently need a resolution as our mail security is compromised. Please address this issue promptly. URGENT: Order number [redacted]-[redacted] The item has been at the post office since December 5th, and the seller is requesting an additional 50 euros for customs fees to release it. When I placed the order, there was no mention of these extra costs, and Amazon was listed as the receiver of funds without any warning about customs fees. I have already expressed my refusal to pay these fees and demanded either the item at the original price or a refund promptly. However, a week later, I have yet to receive a specific response. Since the transaction was made through Amazon, I urge you to intervene immediately and address whoever is responsible for this situation. Hello, I'm sorry, but I don't speak German. I placed an order with you for the following items: 1. Official Amazon PowerFast 9W USB Charger and Power Adapter for Kindle eReader, Fire Tablets, and Echo Dot. 2. Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Leather Case (10th Generation - [redacted]), Black. 3. New Kindle Paperwhite, now waterproof and with double the storage - without special offers. I ordered on November 11, [redacted]. Order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied and returned my order on November 19, [redacted]. Since I have not received any further communication from you regarding the refund, I checked the tracking and found that the package has not been delivered to you yet. I called the Swiss Post, and they informed me that the package may be at the post office in Bad Hersfeld due to possible customs fees. I received two packages that were supposed to be for someone in my building. I signed for them but realized the recipient's name didn't match anyone in the building. I checked two nearby buildings with no luck. The delivery person almost left a card saying they left the package with a neighbor, but instead put it in my mailbox, which is confusing. The intended recipient didn't receive the card. I want to ensure the package reaches its rightful owner and not keep it myself. How should I proceed in this situation?

Dear Customer Support, I placed an order (Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted]) for an item from seller AMKMAX on November 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered to my postbox. Upon checking with the post office, I was informed that the courier did not deliver any package in my name. I tried contacting the Carrier Customer Service without success. After tracking the package, it appears that it was returned for non-pickup, which is incorrect as I visited the post office. I have reached out to the seller, who suggested contacting AMAZON for assistance in re-sending the package or issuing a refund. Therefore, I kindly request the package to be resent to my address. Dear On September 24th, we reached out to amazon regarding our Senseo coffee maker. The device was sent for repair to the service center within the warranty period, and the issue was successfully fixed. Now, a few months later, the same problem has resurfaced, still under warranty. Should we send it back again (in case we miss this during the holidays)? If needed, please provide the necessary documents via email for a free return, as before, in a well-packaged box. I had been using Amazon when I received a suggestion to try Amazon Prime for 30 days free on 13.10.18 via the mobile app. After three days, I canceled the Prime option assuming I wouldn't use it. Although my application indicated I didn't have Amazon Prime, I discovered I was still being charged on my credit card. I did not utilize any Prime benefits from 13.11.[redacted] to 12.01.[redacted] and seek a refund for the period I did not use the service.

However, my account is unfortunately suspended. I bought a "Yamay Bluetooth Smartwatch" to gift someone but they didn't like it. After the return period expired, I decided to sell it on Amazon. I saw other sellers offering the same brand on Amazon.de and didn't receive any notifications that I couldn't list it. This was an attempt to recoup my money. When I received a warning email from the original seller Yamay, I promptly removed the product from my account, but my account was still suspended. I do not currently own any Yamay products and have no intention of selling them in the future. I was unaware of any restrictions and would not attempt this again if I had known. Best Regards
