I placed an order for an evaporative cooler yesterday (Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]) along with other items, all marked as Prime. My primary concern is the cooler since I am struggling with recent mental health issues. The unbearable heat is hindering my recovery process, and I rely on the cooler for comfort. Expecting its delivery today, I woke up early and waited anxiously. To my dismay, checking Amazon revealed that the cooler won't arrive today, contrary to the Prime service I subscribe to. I feel frustrated and let down by the situation, wondering why this is happening despite my Prime membership status. I am perplexed by this experience and feel neglected. I have been searching for a way to reach out to Amazon through email without success. It is disheartening to be left in the dark during this challenging time.

I was expecting two deliveries yesterday between 1 pm and 4 pm. To my dismay, I did not receive them. Upon checking the order status, it appears that the courier has lost my packages. This is a premium delivery service, and I urgently need my items. Unfortunately, this is not the first time such an incident has occurred with Amazon. In November, I had placed an order that was never received, and I have not received any updates on that either. I am distressed as there seems to be limited avenues for me to resolve this issue with Amazon.

I placed an order for a Varta Silver Dynamic E44 starter battery on May 22, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The total amount paid was £67.86. However, I have not received any dispatch or delivery notifications yet. I only received an email stating that I will be informed about the estimated delivery time once it's available, and the item is yet to be dispatched. It has been a significant amount of time since the purchase, and I am eager to know when the item will be dispatched and the expected wait time. I bought an iPad Pro [redacted] 11" from Amazon UK in December [redacted] along with an Apple Pencil 2nd gen. The iPad arrived promptly, but the Apple Pencil was missing. Amazon assured me it would arrive soon, but then I was informed my account was closed for excessive return requests, which I had never made. I tried to contact Amazon for weeks without success, as they had not sent me an order confirmation or receipt. I need the receipt for my insurance claim due to my iPad bending. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any response from Amazon about this urgent matter.

I placed the above order on May 6 and received it on May 7, just over six weeks ago. Initially, it worked well, but last week, I encountered issues with the Bluetooth connection on my phone. Unable to make calls in my car and facing difficulties connecting to Bluetooth door locks, I suspect there is a defect in the phone's Bluetooth functionality. Despite checking all settings and attempting to restart the phone, the issue persists. Considering the reputable brand of Samsung, it's disappointing that this fault has arisen within such a short period. While the website only offers a repair, I believe a refund is more appropriate given the circumstances. As a loyal customer of Amazon, I am hopeful for a satisfactory resolution to this matter. I am having trouble reaching the UK office through Amazon's phone list. I am dealing with a serious fraud issue that Alice from the EU office and the UK office were helping resolve regarding a cancelled order. Despite confirming the fraud, I am now receiving demands for £[redacted].94 from DHL in the UK. They acknowledge the fraud but keep sending invoices. I need someone in the UK to address this with DHL. It's concerning that I can't reach the UK office directly. I prefer not to speak with other locations due to the hassle. I am unable to navigate this process again due to my age. Please assist and contact me at 0[redacted] urgently from a UK customer service office only.

I am looking to subscribe to Amazon Prime UK since I recently purchased an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K. My situation is that my grandson, who lives with me, already has his own Amazon Prime UK subscription with a different email address and password. He is a frequent Amazon customer as well. I would like to subscribe to Amazon Prime UK using my own bank account details, email address, and password to use with my Firestick. The issue is when I try to access Amazon Prime on the shared computer, my grandson's information always shows up, causing confusion for me during the process. Unfortunately, we share the same computer, and getting a new one is not an immediate option. I am considering trying the free trial to set up my own Amazon Prime subscription. I have been struggling for 2 hours to access my account. The security step 2 process keeps looping, making it impossible for me to place orders. I am repeatedly directed to disable step 2, but the process is convoluted and requires me to use a lost mobile repeatedly. I have been with your company for years, but if I can't access my account, there's no point in staying. Please remove the 2-step security so I can log in with just my email and password, like before. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, nachdem mein HP Laptop nach etwa 4 Jahren aus unerklärlichen Gründen das Zeitliche gesegnet hat (vermutlich geplante Obsoleszenz), vermutete ich zunächst einen Festplattendefekt. Daher habe ich eine Ersatzfestplatte bei Amazon bestellt. Leider habe ich übersehen, dass die Festplatte aus England kommt und jetzt festgestellt, dass es schwierig sein wird, sie zurückzugeben, da der Rücksendeaufkleber von Hermes nicht akzeptiert wurde. Die Rücksendeunterlagen von Amazon enthielten einen Paketaufkleber, eine Zollerklärung und eine Artikelbeschreibung mit einem Strichcode. Leider konnte Hermes mit dem Aufkleber nichts anfangen. Da Amazon keine direkte Hotline hat, stehe ich nun vor einem Problem. Die Hilfeseite war nicht hilfreich, und ich habe bisher keine klare Antwort auf meine Fragen erhalten. Ich habe die Rücksendung vorerst storniert, da ich nicht weiß, wie ich das Paket korrekt zurückschicken kann. I encountered an issue while trying to order net curtains on my Amazon account. I purchased drive sealant from Multicrete Products for £[redacted]. Unfortunately, after my husband covered the drive three times, it remained patchy. Upon contacting Multicrete via email and sending numerous photos, a Chemist was sent to assess the situation. Despite a dry period, the Chemist blamed moisture for the issue and applied another product, resulting in more uneven patches. This has left us, a couple in our late 60s, embarrassed by the state of our property after my husband's exhausting week trying to fix it. I have been requesting a refund of £[redacted] and compensation for the additional work, but both Multicrete and Amazon have been unresponsive to my emails. Hello, I have been in touch with the sellers regarding my recent chair orders. Unfortunately, this is my second order from two different sellers, and both times the chairs have broken. This has cost me over £2,[redacted], which is very frustrating. I've contacted both sellers over the past few weeks but have not received any responses. The leather chairs had their back snapped off within a few days, and the grey chairs' back legs bend when someone sits on them. It's embarrassing when customers fall back on them. I could have returned the previous chairs, but why should I have to pay for the return shipping when they should have been sturdy from the start, especially considering their cost? I am disappointed that both sets of chairs I purchased via Amazon are not of the expected quality. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to reconsider using Amazon for future business purchases. Tracking ID: QA[redacted] indicates that Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for Steradent Tablets has been marked as delivered. However, I did not receive this order. I believe the package may still be on the delivery van as I did receive the two bottles of Crabbies Ginger Wine. The delivery driver seemed new and was mainly focused on verifying my identity and age, only delivering the package with the wine. I tried to reach out to customer support through your sales website but couldn't find a way to contact them. I have set up a return label.

On May 18, [redacted], I bought an ACEPC Intel Celeron J4125 processor, 8GB DDR4 / 256GB ROM, Windows 10 Pro mini computer with Triple Screen Support / 4K, HD / Dual Band WLAN Gigabit Eth. from Amazon.co.uk with Order No #23-[redacted]-[redacted]. It was easy to set up and functioned well until July 28, [redacted], when it crashed while I was working on my private files. When trying to restart, I received the message "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device." After trying to enter the BIOS setup by pressing the delete key, the computer froze on the BIOS screen and couldn't reboot. Unfortunately, I got rid of the packaging, so I don't know what to do next with this malfunctioning PC.

I followed Amazon's instructions and refused the Vax Carpet Cleaning solution delivery on 8/21/[redacted] order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Even though I cancelled the order the same day I placed it and the delivery driver took it back, the item is marked as delivered on my account. I would like a refund of £19.99 promptly as I did not receive the product due to following Amazon's return instructions. I canceled my Amazon Prime subscription in May, yet I noticed that money was still being deducted from my account. After canceling it again, another £7.99 was taken out last month. I brought this to my sister's attention and canceled it once more, only to discover that another £7.99 has been deducted this month. As someone who is currently unemployed, £7.99 is significant to me. I never requested a refund before, but considering this has been happening since May, I am now seeking a full refund. I trusted Amazon with my bank details, and it is concerning that money continues to be taken out without authorization. I have not made any purchases since May, so why am I being charged for Prime membership?
