I used my Mastercard to purchase a Wriggle women's merino wool jumper from Amazon, which was delivered by Hermes on December 6 to my home address. However, the order does not show up on my Amazon account, even though I have the tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I've tried using the app to return the jumper since there are no local shops on the Isle of Wight where I live, but I can't find the return option. I've left messages on the chat site but have not received any response. I've spent over three hours today trying to resolve this issue without success. I'm 74 years old and have never encountered this problem before. I'm reaching out for help as I purchased the item from Amazon and need assistance with the return process.

I reside at Rowan Court, Walnut Walk, Polegate, BN26-5AF. Our block contains 4 flats and your delivery drivers visit every week to deliver packages to the upstairs flat, Number 4. Unfortunately, the residents are often not home, leading the drivers to ring all doorbells until someone answers. Despite numerous requests to only ring the designated address, the drivers continue to disturb us. This persistent behavior is particularly disruptive to two flats with young babies who are frequently awakened by the noise. My own baby has been crying more frequently due to these disturbances. I kindly ask that you instruct your drivers to only ring the doorbell of the intended recipient to avoid further disturbances. Thank you for addressing this ongoing issue. Best regards, Dave

Hello, I am seeking assistance with the following scenario: To summarize, I placed an order for a watch, received it, and thought it was missing. The item was promptly replaced at no charge, but upon fully opening the package, it appeared to be the same as the initial delivery. After feeling embarrassed, I realized the watch was actually in a sealed compartment that I initially thought was part of the presentation. Original order: ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] Replacement order: ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] The first delivery still has the watch in the unopened compartment, and I would like to return it without requesting a refund, as it remains in its original condition. Order ID [redacted]-[redacted]: I was expecting a delivery yesterday evening between 6.15 - 9.15 pm. We left a note on the door with an alternative address (our next door neighbors) as we went out at 7.30. Unfortunately, I discovered that the box containing 2 bottles of gin was left behind our garden wall. The tracking information indicates it was signed for by Margaret, which did not happen, and there was no delivery card left to notify us. Typically, we access deliveries via the rear door of the house, but luckily we checked the front when turning off the outside light. This experience was disappointing.

Regarding Order #[redacted]-[redacted], I recently received an email informing me that part of my order, specifically Victoria Series 1-3 and Medicis Masters of Florence, was returned by the carrier, I-Parcel, and a refund was issued. I have had negative experiences with I-Parcel in the past, making them an unreliable carrier. I had a previous order sent via them arrive late, preventing me from sending it as a gift to Australia. The current order is intended as a Christmas present for my brother, who is in a nursing home. It is crucial that this order reaches me on time. I kindly request not to use I-Parcel for future deliveries.

I need assistance with my order [redacted]-[redacted] for the Skagen watch. The battery has stopped working after only 6 weeks. Initially, the seller blamed Amazon, then offered to send a 'free' replacement battery if I pay a £10 admin fee. I am dissatisfied with this resolution as the battery should have a 12-month guarantee. I have messaged the seller through Amazon's messaging system for further clarification. To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a Beast Gear Skipping Rope on December 11 with 1-day delivery, expecting it to arrive on December 12. As of today, December 13, I have not received the package even though the delivery status says it was handed over to the resident. In a previous order, it was also listed as handed over to the resident, but it was left on my front gate without my knowledge. I received my Amazon UK order at the correct address, but to my surprise, it was left in a "green box" as per the driver's note. Unfortunately, this green box turned out to be the Green Recycling bin, which was emptied by the refuse collectors shortly after. I am shocked that a parcel was left in a recycling bin full of trash. This was for my 60ml Estee Lauder White Linen eau de perfume order (#[redacted]-[redacted]). I am not satisfied with this delivery experience and would like a refund or a replacement urgently.

I ordered a number plate from Amazon, and unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one twice. I reached out to customer service over a week ago, and they assured me that they would send the correct number plate with the registration EO03PHZ, but I am still waiting for it. It seems like they are only interested in taking money from customers and then do not prioritize resolving issues. Despite numerous phone calls, it has been challenging to make the customer service representative understand the problem. It's frustrating when the problem remains unresolved, making me feel like giving up and letting them get away with it.

I need urgent help! Today, a large parcel arrived at my address, but it's not meant for me. The box has the actual owner's address and phone number, which I contacted. The recipient mentioned my address was provided by Amazon, but I know Amazon doesn't share personal information. The goods were supposed to be returned, and the sender, MS JAO SHOP, somehow used my address for the return. I'm concerned about having this oversized package at home and puzzled about how this company obtained my details.

I have two orders pending delivery via GPS with Amazon. I provided them with my phone number, 00[redacted]86, for the driver to contact me. Despite this, Amazon UK has not reached out to me to address my concerns. I find this lack of communication disappointing. I kindly request someone to contact me promptly to resolve this issue. I am looking to establish a business selling beehives on Amazon Business across Europe and have a few inquiries. Firstly, I would like to understand the category under which beehives fall on Amazon when opening a business account for Amazon Fulfillment so that Amazon can store our products in their warehouse. Secondly, I am unsure whether to register as a business or an individual seller and would appreciate guidance on this decision. We have options to either act as management consultants for beehive producers or order specific beehives with our specifications for sale on Amazon. It's crucial to determine the most suitable approach for registration with Amazon to finalize our business plan and set up a business bank account. Additionally, we will require a business credit card for charges related to services and client purchases. We are in the process of setting up our business soon and need the above information to proceed, as we have an agreement with beehive producers for exclusive products in the European and UK markets. Our aim is to launch with one product type and expand our offerings as the business grows. The beehives are of excellent quality, reasonably priced, and come with proper customer care. Hello, Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I purchased a watch on October 24th, [redacted]. Lately, I have been experiencing issues with charging. The watch continuously starts and stops charging, preventing it from fully charging and only lasting around 6 hours. The return option is no longer available on the order screen after November 25th, so I cannot reach out to the seller directly. I will be traveling to Switzerland on Thursday, December 19th to spend Christmas with my girlfriend's family. Last Friday, I ordered a book as a Christmas gift for one of her relatives. I chose the expedited delivery option to ensure it arrived before my departure on the 19th. Despite the confirmation email stating it would arrive on December 17th, I was notified this morning that it has been dispatched and will now arrive on December 22nd, three days after I leave. It's disappointing that the expedited delivery I paid for did not meet the promised timeframe. My order number is #[redacted]-[redacted].

Hi there, I purchased an astronaut costume for my 11-year-old, but it seems to be too big for him as it fits our 17-year-old instead. We would like to exchange it for a size medium rather than a large to have it ready for Christmas day. Could you kindly send a medium size today, allowing us to return the large one in the meantime? I received a duplicate order due to multiple notifications of a declined card. After my card was fraudulently used and replaced, Amazon did not update the new card information. Consequently, I used another card, resulting in a double order and charges to two separate accounts. I am seeking reimbursement and instructions for returning the extra items. - Julia Disney

Re: Delivery Issue with Amazon Tracking ID: QA[redacted] I was at home eagerly awaiting my Amazon package. I noticed on the tracking that the delivery was getting closer. Despite me checking outside multiple times, the driver did not ring the doorbell or knock before leaving the package. I only found out about the delivery when I saw the notification on my computer. I hope this complaint is addressed so that this type of delivery behavior does not happen again in the future.

I am hoping to speak with someone as I am not a fast typer due to being over 60 years old. The provided Amazon phone number, [redacted]1, is no longer in service. On December 15th, I placed multiple orders for 6 items that were initially declined due to an outdated payment method until the issue was resolved with a valid Visa. I eventually received an order confirmation for the 6 items, which were split into 3 separate order numbers: [redacted]-[redacted], [redacted]-[redacted], and [redacted]-[redacted]. However, I then received multiple dispatch confirmations for the same items, causing confusion and concern. Despite my attempts to cancel the duplicate orders, I was unsuccessful. I managed to cancel one item with a supplier, only to later find out that Amazon had already dispatched it. I am now unsure of what is on its way to me and what charges or credits I may incur. I am frustrated by the inability to speak directly with Amazon to resolve this increasingly complex situation. I am traveling to Switzerland on Thursday, December 19th to spend Christmas with my girlfriend's family. I purchased a book as a Christmas gift for one of her relatives last Friday. Originally, I chose the free delivery option, which promised delivery between December 18-19. Concerned it might not arrive on time, I opted for expedited delivery for an additional fee to ensure it would arrive by December 17, as stated in my confirmation email. However, I just received an email notifying me that the book has been dispatched and is now expected to arrive on Sunday, December 22, three days after my departure.
