My spouse and I frequently order items from Amazon.de to be shipped to our residence in the Netherlands. Sometimes, instead of delivering the package to my home, it goes to a nearby collection point. Despite receiving emails claiming delivery attempts were made when no one was home, I'm often present and even by the front door, especially around the supposed delivery time. This situation occurs most frequently with DHL as the couriers, who appear unwilling to walk down the driveway to knock. Since I lack a car and public transport isn't available to the collection point, retrieving packages from 3 km away is both expensive and inconvenient. The latest issue happened tonight at 18:57 when I was definitely at home. I wish for Amazon to either opt for better delivery services or inform the current ones to fulfill their responsibilities correctly.

Yesterday, I placed an order on Amazon.de and received Order Confirmation Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Shortly after, I received an email stating there was unusual activity on my Amazon account, resulting in a temporary hold on my account and suspension of pending orders or subscriptions. The email instructs me to sign in and follow on-screen instructions to restore access within 24 hours. Despite accessing the Amazon site, I was unable to rectify the issue. I purchased the WILFA Classic through amazon.de but used Amazon TR. The coffee maker has a flashing light and stopped working. Amazon TR only offered a refund, excluding shipping and customs fees, which is half of what I paid. The refunded amount is not enough to repurchase the same machine in Turkey, as the price is more than double. I am unsure how to proceed, as the options provided do not address my consumer rights. Are there other avenues I can explore since Amazon DE is the main seller?

I purchased a WILFA Classic coffee maker on Amazon DE via the Amazon TR website. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working, with a blinking light, a known issue as I found online. When I contacted Amazon TR customer service, they only offered a refund, excluding shipping and customs fees. This refund is not enough due to the increased price of the same machine in Turkey. I am unable to replace or repair the coffee maker, despite the warranty. I feel this violates my consumer rights. As Amazon DE is the actual seller, I am seeking guidance on how to proceed so I can utilize the warranty to either repair or replace my coffee maker.

I set up a new Amazon account for ordering items. After placing my order, I received the confirmation email. Subsequently, I received another email stating my account and order were temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity. Following their instructions, I submitted the required proof of card ownership. However, upon trying to log in, I encountered a message requesting further information despite confirming that my submission was reviewed. The email received merely reiterated the initial hold notification. This situation seems to be an ongoing cycle.

However, I later received an email stating a hold was placed on my Amazon account without explanation. I am encountering an issue regarding an Amazon bill from arvato for an unpaid bill in August [redacted], which is causing me stress. On the 10th of November, I placed an order for a Dell Computer XPS 15 priced at [redacted] Euros using my Visa credit card on Amazon.de. Despite receiving a confirmation email the same day, my order was unexpectedly canceled by Amazon on the 24th of November, citing unusual account activity. After contacting Amazon's customer service on the 30th of November and confirming my details, I was informed that my information was accurate. However, Amazon still proceeded to close my account and cancel the order after a review. They suggested that the high value of the computer might be the reason. I was then asked to upload billing documents to unlock my account, which I did by submitting the confirmation email and a picture of my Visa card. Since Amazon DE switched delivery couriers, package delivery has been abnormal. The new couriers exhibit unprofessional behavior, such as not wearing masks, not speaking the local language, and failing to ring the doorbell before calling any available phone number. This poses a problem in a shared office building where many do not speak French, the common language used by the delivery personnel. Despite going down to meet them after a call, they mistakenly claim the package is not for me. This poor service contrasts with Amazon's previous reliable methods. Disheartened by this experience, I may need to find a new supplier for my business needs. - G.D.
