I'm Sharon. In [redacted] to [redacted], I was in Germany and had created an account using my current email address. After moving back to my home country, I am unable to access my account as it requires a verification code sent to a phone number I no longer use, which was my German number. I updated my phone number upon returning home, thus I cannot receive the code needed to log in. Is it possible to change my phone number to regain access to my account or is there an alternative solution available?

I would appreciate if you could review this order. There have been issues with the shipping process, and Niko seems to be providing inaccurate information regarding the shipment date. They claimed it was sent on the 12th, but it actually remained inactive for 10 days before DHL received the package details.
As an Amazon Prime member and a frequent shopper on our US account, I expect a higher standard of service. Customers should not have to endure extended waiting times for items, especially when it involves a significant purchase like the one I made for nearly a hundred US dollars. While I acknowledge the customs clearance process, I have become aware that some sellers may misinform buyers about the shipment status to secure a sale. I have requested a refund of the shipping charges from Niko but have not received a satisfactory response, except for vague mentions of DHL issues when I asked for tracking information.

I am writing to inform you that there was an issue with the DVD "Agatha Christie Miss Marple" I ordered on 29th May, [redacted] from Amazon. The English audio playback button was unresponsive. Amazon promptly refunded me €27.17 to my Mastercard account on 2nd June, [redacted], without requesting the return of the DVD, for which I am grateful.
Despite resolving the language playback issue through an online forum, enabling me to use the DVD in English and German, I understand Amazon is not at fault. Therefore, please advise me on how to reimburse the refund as I no longer require it.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on June 10th. I expected immediate dispatch for the items marked in stock with delivery within a week.
1. ZOOYAUE bike carrier is on track for delivery.
2. EUFAB bike rack was canceled after finding out delivery would be in late July, past my timeframe. Despite being told it was dispatched, UPS has not received it yet.

I have been attempting to order 8 to 12 bottles of any Proctor and Gamble product from Amazon DE for delivery to Cyprus. However, despite being an EU country with no sales tax or import duty, I keep receiving an error message stating that delivery is not feasible to my address in Peyia, Paphos. I find this confusing as there should be no restrictions on shipping to Cyprus from within the EU. It would be helpful if Amazon indicated which products can be shipped to Cyprus to avoid wasted time selecting items just to encounter the same issue repeatedly. I am willing to pay extra for delivery costs if necessary and am open to alternative shipping methods if airmail is not an option.

I purchased an UFFY ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER from you during Prime Day last month. Upon trying to use it at home, I encountered an issue where the vacuum does not seem to charge properly, with the battery only lasting 15 seconds. My wife contacted Amazon.de last Saturday to inquire about returning the item. We were advised to reprint the labels and send it back, with the assurance that we would receive a refund including the cost of return shipping. However, we are facing challenges returning the item through DPD and UPS due to the battery restrictions. I encountered an issue when trying to place my order on Amazon.de. The only shipping option available was "Expedited shipping," which was too costly for me. After contacting chat support, they advised me to proceed with the expensive shipping and assured me the costs would be refunded. However, when I followed up for the refund as promised, Amazon.de support denied it, citing an error by their colleague. Despite providing evidence of the promise, they refused to honor it and did not address my request to speak to a supervisor. I feel deceived and my trust in Amazon.de has been shaken.

I live in Greece and used to shop on Amazon UK before Brexit created additional charges. Unable to order from Amazon Germany despite sharing passwords between Amazon UK and Germany. Amazon Germany mistakenly charged my UK bank account twice even though they refused the payment initially. I struggle to access my German account to cancel the unauthorized charges despite receiving password reset emails. Wondering if calling Amazon Germany will connect me with an English-speaking representative. Thanks.

I am expecting an additional refund for the return postage of a Fishtec Battery Charger to Amazon Germany, which was sent back via the UK Post Office on July 13, [redacted]. The Post Office charged £13.15, and Amazon refunded £6.93. In late July, I contacted an Amazon Germany representative who assured me of a further refund to my Credit Card, but as of now, I have not received it.

Hello, I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account balance of over [redacted] euro, which is currently on hold. I no longer have the payment method requested to unblock my account, despite explaining this in numerous emails and phone calls. I have requested a refund to my original payment method or to have the money refunded to my account balance, but have not received assistance. I spoke with a Customer Service representative who assured me of an additional refund for the return postage of the Fishtec Battery Charger. Amazon Germany only reimbursed £6.93, while I had to pay the U.K. Post Office £13.15 to return the item on July 13, [redacted]. I ordered the charger on July 7 but canceled it within half an hour when I realized it was incorrect. Despite my cancellation, Amazon still shipped the item. I returned an item to the seller on July 2nd, but the package was returned to me by the German post office. They mistakenly assumed "RETOURE" meant it should be sent back to me. Amazon instructed me to send it to that address with "retoure" marked on it, so the error is not mine. I want to return the item to the seller, obtain a refund, and put this matter to rest. I am frustrated with this situation.
I wish I could attach the email from Amazon with the seller's address and a picture of the package but cannot do so here.
I hope Amazon can promptly resolve this issue since it has been ongoing since July 2nd. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Dear Amazon.de, I placed orders for scart cables for my TV and an Antena cable on 21/09/[redacted], and I used my Mastercard for payment on the same day. The following day, on 22/09/[redacted], I ordered Puma sneakers, ST Runner V2, also using my Mastercard for payment. When I saw that my orders qualified for free delivery, I was pleased. I placed an order for the Flexadin Advanced 2 package to be delivered to Greece yesterday. The payment was made and deducted from my account. However, I received a message stating that there was an issue with the payment, and my account was frozen. They requested the last four digits of the card used for verification. After sending the requested information, I received another message today saying that my order from Amazon.de could not be shipped. Upon checking the site, it stated that more information was required, and they were unable to remove the hold on my account at the moment.
