Hello, Yesterday at 9:30 A.M., I received an Amazon package that a friend sent to my address. Following the courier, a cameraman recorded the delivery, catching me off guard. The process was swift, and before I could react, they left. I do not recall giving consent to be filmed by Amazon. Have you heard of these incidents before that involve recording without permission? Dear Mr. or Mrs., I placed an order for an item a few months ago, but there seems to be an issue as I have been charged multiple times on my bank account for it. This is the third time it has been sent to me. I am looking to stop these charges, but when I visit the Amazon website, it does not recognize the order of the item and states that I have not made any purchases. Due to Google also not acknowledging my order, I am unable to cancel it or request a refund. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Hello, I recently purchased a "Krups Nespresso XN1108 Essenza Mini coffee capsule machine, [redacted] watts, black, 0.6 liters" on the German version of the site. I received an email on December 11 informing me that the order had been dispatched, followed by another email on December 14 stating there would be a 1 to 2 business day delay in delivery. However, today I received an email indicating that the return process has been completed, and I will be receiving a refund. I had not returned the item, have not received it, and still wish to receive it as it was intended as a gift. The delays and cancellation are disappointing. Additionally, I am unable to access my Amazon account as it is on hold, even though the payment has been confirmed and the funds have been deducted. I am unable to check the return and refund status, and I am unsure why the item was returned in the first place. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you and best regards.

Hello, On December 19, [redacted], a charge of €7.99 appeared on my bank account with the description: "PAIEMENT CB AMZNPrime DE amzn.de/info" (I can provide a screenshot of the transaction). I have not signed up for an AMAZON PRIME subscription on amazon.fr, and my banking details are not saved on my account. Upon checking amazon.de, I discovered that someone has accessed my account and subscribed to AMAZON PRIME. They also made a purchase for Norton [redacted] Standard [redacted] and provided this shipping address: Motzstr. [redacted] Hochborn, [redacted] Germany Phone Number: [redacted] 66 [redacted] Could you please block this user, cancel the order, and arrange for a refund? I placed an order for an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite [redacted] using my Serbian card to be delivered to a German address. However, my account got placed on hold and the payment was not processed. In the meantime, I made another order for a Kindle from a different account thinking the first one wouldn't go through, only to find out the initial order did process. I received a notification about the order being processed the next day but couldn't access my account to cancel it due to the hold. The Kindle is scheduled to arrive today, but I no longer want it. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

Hello, I have been unable to access my account for over a year now. I have exhausted all options, including changing my phone number due to being in a different country. Regrettably, I am unable to reset my password. I am paying for Amazon Prime without being able to utilize or cancel the subscription. Hello, I placed order #[redacted]-[redacted] on 1/4/[redacted]. I think I accidentally ordered two HP Printers. I attempted to modify the quantity to one but was unsuccessful. As a Prime member, I do not want to waste money by potentially receiving two printers and needing to return one. Would you please review the order and confirm for me? Hello, Yesterday, my account was blocked. After some emails and conversations with Amazon, I received this response from a customer service representative: "Hello, I have checked and couldn't find any outstanding amounts in your customer account. Your account will be unlocked automatically. You don't need to do anything else. Please be patient for 2 days as the unlocking process takes some time. You will receive an automatic email notification once your customer account is unlocked. I hope this information helps, and I wish you a pleasant day." Shortly after, I received an email from Amazon (seems automated, as I've received this email when my account was blocked before) stating: "Thank you for your response. We have reviewed the information you provided but couldn't verify ownership of your Mastercard payment ending in **** because no document was provided. Your account is still temporarily on hold." (**** representing the last 4 digits of my card) Does this mean I have to submit more documents? Or will my account definitely be unblocked within 2 days?

My husband ordered a gift for my 65th birthday to arrive around January 16th. Despite attempts to contact the courier, we have not received the package. The courier rescheduled for January 23rd but no delivery was made. We are unsure of what steps to take next. A representative from Amazon De advised me to call back but I misplaced the number. On December 6, [redacted], my account was locked due to using a gift card that apparently violated the Terms and Conditions. I received this gift and I'm unsure why it was a violation. I want the gift card removed so I can access my nearly 10-year-old account. When I try to log in, it prompts me with a message stating that more information is needed and that Amazon cannot lift the hold currently. They mention checking for an email or text with further steps, but I never received any. Customer service hasn't been able to assist me beyond this point. It's disappointing that there isn't a clear process for unintentional violations. I've learned online that I may need an account specialist to help me, but I'm unsure how to reach one. I wanted to share some feedback with Amazon regarding an issue with their automation process. Every time I receive an update from DHL about a delivery scheduled for that day, I also receive a message from Amazon ([redacted]) stating that the parcel is delayed. However, shortly after, I receive another confirmation from DHL that the package is out for delivery. Eventually, the package is delivered on time as promised by DHL. It seems like there might be a discrepancy between the systems of DHL and Amazon, causing confusion for customers. This mixed messaging could lead people to believe their delivery is delayed and potentially miss the delivery. Nonetheless, I am pleased that the deliveries are occurring as scheduled.

I placed an order for water filters and was informed that they were dispatched and would be delivered by 22/02/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I can no longer modify or cancel the order. Surprisingly, I recently received a message stating that the same item was returned by me and a refund has been issued. The problem is, I haven't received the filters yet and couldn't have returned them. The refund hasn't shown up in my account, but I understand refunds typically take a few days to process. Their customer service system doesn't seem equipped to handle such erroneous situations.

One of the two cages I ordered arrived broken. I contacted customer service as there is no DHL nearby (the closest one is a 6-hour drive), and the website states they only cover less than 10 euros for shipping with other carriers. They assured me they would cover the full price of shipping, which amounted to 28.9 euros. Since I couldn't print the form (I don't have a printer and the nearest public printer is an hour away), customer service said it was okay to copy it by hand. I wrote the information on the note and packed the cage. However, when I tried to send it, the nearest Posti office wouldn't accept the package without a phone number and email address. I contacted customer service again, received the necessary details, and sent the package along with the tracking number to the email address they provided. Unfortunately, I later received a message from the Posti app stating that the package was returning from Germany (a sign that it wasn't picked up). I informed customer service about this, but they claimed they hadn't received the tracking information or email. After resending the details and screenshots as proof, they stopped responding. Today, the replacement they sent also arrived broken. It seems I will soon have two broken cages after spending almost 52 euros each and losing almost 30 euros trying to return one of them.

Hello, I attempted to contact Amazon customer support via phone, but have not been successful yet. Therefore, I am reaching out for assistance here. I recently purchased the 'Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earbuds' on Amazon, and the left earbud has completely stopped working after only 3 months without any physical damage. It appears to be a common issue based on customer reviews. As the product is under a 2-year warranty, I would like to request a refund for the defective earbuds. Dear Sir/Madam, I placed an order for tattoo items totaling 93 euros. Only one item out of the ten I ordered arrived on schedule the next day. After attempting to log in, I received a notification that my account was suspended. They requested a specific document with my number, address, and name, which I promptly sent. It has now been two weeks without a response. I sent another email and received a reply telling me to log in and follow certain steps. Unfortunately, when I attempt to log in, I can't proceed as it states my account is still suspended. I suspect it might be due to the fact that I recently moved to Germany and used my Greek debit card with a different address than the one initially provided on Amazon in Germany. I ordered two cages, and unfortunately, one arrived broken. It took many attempts to get their phone number to meet the local post office's shipping requirements. After finally managing to send it back, they did not collect the package, and it got lost. They assured me a replacement was on the way and reimbursed the return shipping costs. However, the replacement also arrived damaged. This cycle repeated with another broken replacement arriving late. I agreed to a partial refund without returning the broken items after a long ordeal. Now, they are asking me to return the damaged cages, threatening additional charges. It seems they want me to pay extra for one usable cage along with three broken ones.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on amazon.de, but the order got canceled. Trying to quickly resolve this, I inadvertently created multiple new accounts using different emails, but encountered the same issue each time. After several attempts, I submitted verification documents as requested to confirm my identity. Despite following the process and submitting the necessary information, I did not receive any confirmation that the documents were successfully sent. Subsequently, I responded to an email from Amazon.de requesting identity verification by sending the same documents again. It has been 3 days since I sent the email, and I have yet to receive a response, even though a reply was expected within 24 hours. I am concerned about the delay and apprehensive about the possibility of being involved in a phishing scam. I urgently need Amazon's assistance to address this situation.
