I bought * gowns from amazon Germany for my girls on the **-**-**** and * has not been delivered (*-**-Nov ****).The seller is Riou kinder.Track ID:RV*********CN. I have sent several emails to him he has sent apologies but nothing has been done about the item. He speaks German and I English. The stress of translating always is breaking me.Christmas is not far.

GetHuman-petrabim did not yet indicate what Amazon Germany should do to make this right.
