I contacted the Amazon uk because i am a eanglish speaker. They helped me with pacient very profi. I talld them my issue and asked for ther halpe to be tramfered to an eanglish speaker. They transfered to Amazon de at an eanglish speaker her name is Jelena very pacient i told her my issue and we fixed the issue. Thanks for your carre and help.
