This morning, I received a package and noticed a charge of 14.99 euros on my online bank account. I did not make any purchases on your website, nor did I authorize any debits. I experienced unauthorized access to my account and a password change on Wednesday, 11/12/[redacted]. I believe there should be a log of when the password was altered and the email address was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] by the hacker. This is urgent as I need to temporarily block my credit card.
All my important information is on the email account [redacted] I am eager for my account to be restored to its original state promptly.

I ordered apple cider vinegar with Tracking ID: H[redacted][redacted]81 for delivery to my address. However, the tracking showed an address error, and the product is being returned to the seller for a refund in 2-3 working days. It has been over a week, and the tracking still shows it is in transit without a refund. I am disappointed with the service. Why charge before delivery but not refund if the product doesn't arrive? The customer service is unresponsive as well, no one answers calls.

I received an email from Amazon regarding an order I did not make for a HOMELODY [redacted]-degree rotating bathroom faucet. Hello, I am Chan Cai. I received an email from Amazon.de informing me about an issue with my payment information. It states that my orders are on hold and my account is locked until my information is verified. I am requested to upload a recent statement for my Visa card ending in 32 to their secure document portal following the provided instructions. The statement should display my name, billing address, and the last 4 digits of the card number.
Amazon.de will review the statement within 24 hours and will cancel any open orders if not resolved within 72 hours. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to upload the statement as it is currently blocked. How can I resolve this matter when I cannot sign in?

I placed an order on December 19, [redacted], and received order confirmation number [redacted]-[redacted] with an expected delivery date of December 21. The next day, I got an email stating that my order was delayed due to payment confirmation issues (I used a visa card) and a problem with the billing address. I followed their instructions by sending our latest visa statement showing our address and the last 4 digits of the card. I am located in Singapore and recently placed an order for gift items on Amazon.de for my sister in Berlin. After placing the order, my email was suspended and blocked by Amazon.de due to unusual activity, and they canceled my order. Despite this, Amazon.de still deducted money from my account for the items. Now, Amazon.de has notified me that the order will be delivered on the 8th of January, but then later emailed me to say it will be delivered on the 9th.
