The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.
The issue in GetHuman-madersha's own words
I called Amazon Corporate Customer service phone line for the *rd time last week about the hold that they have put on our Evergreen account. Each time, they tell me that we should hear from someone within ** hours. I never heard from anyone all week. When the lady said that it would be another ** hours before we would hear back again, I asked to speak to a supervisor. * *The supervisor couldn’t see why a hold was placed on our account. No explanation was available for him. I told him that we need it taken care of right away, that the available credit is over $**,***. He said that the form he sent in would go to the accounts team and I would hear back within ** to ** hours, that there was nothing else he could do as the accounts team does not speak to customers directly. He seemed to want to get rid of me quickly!* *I gave him my cell phone number in case they call within that time so that I can handle this over the weekend. I never heard back from them over the weekend either.**Then, our COO, Domenic Prinzivalli, who used to work at Amazon, contacted Tom Weiland, the VP of Customer Service. Tom wrote back saying that he would escalate this to the appropriate team.**We still do not have our Direct Line of Credit available to use on our account.**Our account number is ***** **** ****** *.
