Buy a kindle fire with the special offer of free unlimited subscription ... I'm exhausted from explaining my experience with Amazon. It's simple I misinterpreted the offer of a kindle and free unlimited subscription. So I didn't receive the kindle like I thought and am stuck with the subscription which does me no good without the kindle. I contacted customer service to let them know that the offer was easy to misinterpret like I did. When I gave this feedback I was treated rudely and stayed with customer service for couple hours. They had me believing the situation was going to be resolved. It was a waste of time on my part for staying online that long trying to explain my case.
Too much time being led to believe the issue was to be resolved.
Would be nice to have the kindle.
